It is still too early for me to tell how beneficial is the Aeons olive oil. But it does seem very good quality. It is excellent to cook with and has a mild taste.

I made one trial order - and made a single payment - Aeons keeps sending unordered items and taking money for items NOT ordered.

I can't tell if this is helping me, but I do have more energy in work and my knees aren't as sore

I always have mine first thing in the morning. It gives me energy to do a workout before keeping me energised for the day. I find losing weight is helped too. I am losing weight gradually but consistently. So far so good. I also like the taste which is a bonus.

I now have a daily routine. Every morning I have a glass of water with Sunrise Spark followed by a tablespoon of Ancient roots olive oil. It is easy to drink and tastes good too. I feel it has helped me to drink more fluids during the day and flushes out my system in the morning. Would definitely recommend Sunrise Spark.

I love the depth of flavour and use it with your olive oil for dressing salads and vegetables.
The morning drink which you recommend , diluted with water is very stimulating and refreshing. However as I suffer from acid reflux which affects me most of the day I have to use the vinegar in other ways, such as mixing it with the olive oil, as above which seems to help.
Any other suggestions you have would be welcome.

I've only taken Forest Riches for just under three weeks and I'm amazed at the benefits I already feel. I tend to take my drink mid afternoon and it's proving to be the perfect way to perk me up. I feel an immediate boost in my mental and physical energy and it's so satisfying that I've no need to snack anymore...I take it in hot water with a bit of Biona coconut milk and a quarter teaspoon of manuka honey, absolutely delicious!!...It's so satisfying and has already stopped my sugar cravings. I haven't reached for the biscuit tin (or a chocolate bar) in a fortnight so I'm already seeing the benefits on both excess weight and energy. I'm so looking forward to experiencing all the additional benefits as the months go by but right now it already feels like a big WIN and I can thoroughly recommend any trying it out.

Been taking Ancient Roots olive oil for a month now and I have to say that my joints are feeling less in pain, most significantly my knee joints.

Very big scam. I request a refound but never received. Do not order any products
