Sadly like many others I still haven't received my item after many weeks of waiting and also being told that a replacement been sent as ghe first one posted was lost ? It must be arriving by Snail ? PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
I got such an encouraging personal message having ordered my Aerial Ball! However when it arrived and was completely the wrong one there has been icy silence! I sent 3 different emails - reply ing and in a query in contact information and have heard absolutely nothing back. I hate writing bad reviews but they don’t send what you order and don’t reply when you point that out! Sorry Aerial Balls! 1 star!
Order one Aerial ball on March 17 2025, was told it was posted UK Second Class postage on March 18. I emailed them, March 29 to let them know I had not received the package as yet & on April 5 used the online Contact Form. Never received a response. Sent a text to the Mobile number provided on the website & tried ringing several times. Never connects & I'm not expecting to hear back.
Took over a week to even be posted. Despite same or next working day delivery stated on website. Postage price on website is wrong (they charge more) order arrived wrong so I called the number on the website to be told that lady sold the business over two years ago and she gave me a mobile number and the bloke sounded like he had just got out of bed and told me the one I ordered were out of stock and so they just ‘replaced them’ without asking. They offered me ‘a couple of pounds off’ which I declined.Be wary this company is dodgy
