Great customer service!
I purchased my aerial hoop a few weeks back and at first it was out of stock in the size I needed. I emailed and I received a fast response and they told me when the size I needed was back in stock as promised.

Fast, Friendly, Great Quality (and Cheaper than Amazon)
My daughter wanted an Aerial Hoop, I did what most people would do and checked on Amazon (its not like there's Aerial Hoops shops around), but instead chose to buy from Aerial Hoops Ltd.
Their website is helpful and ordered a wrapped hoop and bundle set. It arrived two days later and was impressed with the quality. The paint/coating on the hoop is super-smooth and great quality, and the tape wrapping is perfectly done.
Really happy with the product and the speed of delivery ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional service and items
We were recommended to buy from here by our daughter’s instructor and we are so impressed!
Firstly the info available online made it really easy to understand what we needed and why, the options to order your colours/items are simple and effective. THEN the delivery and customer service - it arrived before we expected it to (unheard of in this day and age!) and it was well packaged and immaculate.
We are giving it as her birthday gift tomorrow and I can guarantee she will be over the moon just like we are! Thank you and we will be back for any future spends.
