Ordered 1st drone and extras ($800+ worth) - Was sent without insurance, was lost in post.

After what feels like 100 emails, phone calls (all of which I had to do and coordinate between Aeroo and Auspost) Aeroo agreed to replace.

Replacement drone arrived, many prativlce runs, went to the beach, Drone took off on its own and landed in the ocean. Let me assure you, there was NO controller being held/used, the drone was sitting on a table ready to fly.

Since then, when they take the time to reply (again me reaching out, following up) I get the following response from Oscar at Aeroo:

Thank you for providing this info and for your quick response, it sounds like you read the instructions thoroughly to understand the drone. This must have been extremely frustrating given all you went through to get the drone and how short of a time you got to use it.

I have discussed this at length with our technicians and team, we have not encountered a situation like this before. The most likely cause of this event is transmission system disruption.

This disruption can be caused by either:

- Electromagnetic interference, from power lines for example

- Technical fault with the drone, short circuit for example

- Other transmitting frequencies, from radios for example

Due to the high risk nature of drone fishing and the amount of variables at play, it is very difficult for us to determine the exact cause of this incident as I'm sure you can understand.

However we appreciate your circumstances and understand how unfortunate this situation is and are willing to offer you a replacement Aeroo v2 Drone and Battery for $287 AUD and free express postage with Toll. This price is at a loss to us, but will get you back in the air again and allow you to make use of the extra batteries and remote you have.

NEEDLESS TO SAY I DECLINED AND HAVE CONTACTED CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
Hard to support local small business when this is what you get.

I had only used this drone twice I taken it away, fishing fully charge, batteries, new batteries in the remote, followed all the steps and a drop to 50 m in front of me in the water very disappointed and I have tried contacting Aeroo but they do not want anything to do with you once you have purchased a drone very disappointing. Do yourself a favour spend the money if you can and buy something decent these people do not care. If they did, they would’ve at least returned or contacted me after several emails I sent they are just in it for the money for sure
