My experience with Aeroflux was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I had to chase my order multiple times just to get basic delivery status updates. When the item finally arrived late, initiating a return was nearly impossible, with no clear option on their website.

The refund process was an even bigger joke. After I returned the item via EVRi, they promised a refund within 14 days of receipt. They ignored the deadline, forcing me to follow up repeatedly just to get an answer. It took almost a month of constant emailing for them to finally confirm the refund was processed.

This company demonstrates an utter lack of respect for its customers' time, their own stated policies, and basic competence.

To top it all off, after this shocking level of service, they had the audacity to offer me a £5 Amazon e-Gift Card in exchange for a positive review on TrustPilot. This is not customer service; it is a blatant attempt to buy positive feedback to hide their appalling performance.

Stay away from Aeroflux unless you enjoy endless frustration, incompetence, and being treated like an idiot. This company deserves zero stars.

I ordered an item which for one reason or another I could not get to work properly so I returned it to Aeroflux. They responded quickly and in detail which resulted in a fair, reasonable and constructive settlement between us.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Don't buy from this company, don't waste your money. I bought a steam mop that arrived broken, unusable. I contacted customer services several times asking how to return for a refund, didn't get a reply. I carried on emailing and eventually received a reply asking for pictures, which I sent. Since then I haven't heard anything, despite emailing again. Totally despicable company, taking money and sending faulty goods. Avoid!!!!!!

Ordered knee support from Aeroflux and it is exactly what I needed to stabilise my knee. It is doing a good job.

Want to return my order but after various emails to them asking for return details I’m getting no response

We bought the kids fort for our daughters birthday and the quality is terrible. The poles don't fit in some of the connectors and the connectors are split in half.

I think the reviews on the website must be fake.

Had one reply from their customer service team and then have ghosted me for over a week.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALL PRODUCTS

Poor quality, very overpriced for what it is (and this was on sale). I requested refund late as it was a Xmas present bought in advance. The long sticks for building are slightly thicker than plastic straws, brittle when they break and sharp. The ends fracture inserting them into the also brittle balls.

I wondered if it was a batch problem hence asking for late refund, the survey-like response I received one could infer this was a recurrent problem.

Will be reporting to trading standards, on mentioning this they offered a partial refund. Doesn’t change the risk to children. Their team tried to explain to me how any broken plastic toy is a danger, can’t emphasise enough how flimsy and cheap the material was. Don’t risk it on your children.

For example, when you make e.g. a Wendy house with a light sheet on it or thin blanket or even the cheap plastic bag material sheet they provide, the structure slants to one side then collapses and breaks.

Waste of money. Product is inadequate and customer service do not respond!

I returned unused hairstyler 5 in 1 - tracked delivery as insisted upon by seller. Orig packaging etc.

Chased for news. “Sorry you’ve used it so no refund” (in summary).

No resolution! Just Arrogance.

Scammers - am now in touch with Trading Standards Luton and my bank who’ve taken up my dispute.

Legal route open too as unreasonable terms for refund.

I’ve spent £69 total, have no product (returned it) and seller thinks the case is closed.

Now warning all buyers on all and any review sites.

I never give up - I’ve spent too many years in the legal system fighting for justice to give up.

Please BUYER BEWARE.

I bought the Aeroflux hand held vacuum.
The vacuum looks very basic but the suction is pretty good.
The downside came when I needed to re-charge. There is just a lead with an HDMI terminal but no plug to fit into so unless I am able to buy the appropriate plug I am unable to charge the vacuum which makes it useless to me and a waste of money.

Ordered an Aeroflux hairdryer for £36.99. When it came it was a different very poor quality New Concept Hairdryer which is difficult to switch on/off due to the cheap and poor quality switches.
Have been in touch several times with the company to return the goods and ask for a refund but in 3 weeks have not had a reply.
Going through Credit card to try get refund. Avoid this company.

Bought fort building kit with next day delivery and didn’t arrive until 4 or 5 days later, missing its intention as a birthday present. The item that arrived looked worth £9.99 at best rather than £39.99. A small box with what can only be described as containing as approx 100 green straws. I could have cried. Responses to my emails eventually came but seemed AI generated in our opinion. Just dreadful and would never use again or could not recommend.

It is a shame there isn’t an option for 0 Stars.
This company have taken £289.99 of my money nearly 4 weeks ago and have refused to refund it despite me not having the item. I get the occasional customer service email from Sarah, however I have basically been robbed of £289.99.
It looks like I will have to go through my bank to get a refund….. I shall keep you posted….

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought one of their children's den building kits - for £39.99

It arrived and honestly, it must have cost £2 to make. The pieces don't fit together properly, and take over 3 hours to make the den - even then it is wobbly and the "tent" it comes with is a piece of cloth that doesn't fit and looks terrible. The company said they would only refund me if I sent the item back "tracked" and offered me 40% refund. I honestly, feel so scammed. They then said if I gave a good review on trust pilot they would give me £5 Amazon voucher. This is not a legitimate company and I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing anything from them. The item wasn't worth returning and this company is scamming people.

This company are con artist and there so called company is running from a home address which would explain why they dont give refunds quick enough taking your money but wont refund it avoid this useless fake poor quality items at all cost dont waste your money on there poor fake products

I ordered this body brace on 17th February FROM AEROFLUX as a gift for my friend's birthday which is TODAY!!
The order details clearly state delivery within 1 to 3 working days but on investigation I find that under their postal details this item is likely being shipped from Shenzhen in China.Their UK address they give is 378 Monega Road London which implies that this is a UK shipping Company but their shipping terms become clear when the purchaser,[ME], investigates non arrival of the goods within the time promised.!!
A search on Google Maps doesn't clearly show no.378 within the row of terraced houses in London.
Therefore I have started making enquiries. This company Aeroflux is not listed in Companies House UK and the last listing for this address was a Barbers in 1991!!!
Based on more than half of Trustpilot reviews being shockingly bad with issues similar to mine I shall be contacting Shopify tomorrow for a refund of £18.99.
