Great communication great service from the first minute to the last!
The driver gave us a very comfortable experience when we got in the taxi.
It truly made our first family visit to London feel smoother.
Good service, the driver was very kind and attentive and help us to find him
My driver Qamar was excellent, punctual and had great conversation.
On time. Great communication on the day for pick up from the driver. There were 7 of us and cases and the vehicle was perfect in size and very clean . And a great price.
Would definitely recommend them.
Very professional. The driver contacted me hours ago with the meeting location and picture of it. Very helpful
Poor experience ever! First, no signage to show my name. Serving the driver is very impatient to drive in the London city during congestion. He accelerates rapidly for one car position and need to brake hardly to avoid cashing in front of the car, repeat this for a few times. Finally, he drop off our luggage at the cube side of the hotel instead of making the turn to stop properly at the main entrance will unload location. The last life was just left on the driving road as he said he could not stop on the double red line and needed to leave immediately. The hotel had a safe and proper place for guests to upload and unload live at the main entrance. We ended up carry our luggage around the corner to the main entrance.
Very good driver and also very nice
To the Management of BA Transfer / Aerolink Minicabs,
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the airport transfer service I received on the night of Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
I booked an MPV transfer through BA Transfer from London Heathrow Terminal 3 to Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford. My flight (Cathay Pacific CX 253) landed at approximately 8:35 PM. I chose your service specifically because it advertised a safe, reliable, door-to-door transfer with an inside-the-terminal "Meet & Greet" service. As a 61-year-old woman traveling alone late at night with three heavy pieces of luggage (one large, one medium, and one carry-on), safety and direct assistance were my absolute priorities.
Unfortunately, the service provided by your assigned operator, Aerolink, and the driver, Qayyume, was entirely unacceptable and breached the terms of my booking.
1. Failure of the Meet & Greet Service
Per my booking, the driver was supposed to meet me inside the Arrivals Hall with a name board. Despite the fact that I utilized complimentary onboard Wi-Fi to send the driver blow-by-blow arrival updates via WhatsApp, he was not there when I exited customs. When I called him, his instructions were highly unclear. He directed me to a location that sounded like "Caffe Needle," which I eventually deduced was Caffè Nero. He made me wait there for a significant period of time, forcing me to message the Aerolink administration to verify if I was in the correct place. A "Meet & Greet" should not involve the exhausted passenger navigating the terminal to search for the driver.
2. Unsafe and Negligent Drop-off
The most egregious and distressing part of the journey occurred at the destination. Rather than dropping me off at the doorstep of the Aparthotel Adagio London Stratford, the driver stopped on a dark street behind the hotel. He unloaded my three heavy bags onto the pavement and left me there, alone, at close to midnight.
To reach the hotel entrance, I was forced to roll, drag, and lift three heavy bags up a steep incline in the dark, with the luggage repeatedly falling over. This was physically exhausting, highly stressful, and incredibly unsafe. When I finally reached the hotel lobby, the reception staff confirmed that there was absolutely no restriction preventing the driver from pulling up directly to the hotel’s front entrance. The driver simply chose not to do so.
Your promotional materials promise a safe, door-to-door transfer. Abandoning a solo female traveler on a dark, unfamiliar street at midnight with heavy luggage is a severe violation of basic safety protocols and professional duty of care.
Given these major failures, I expect:
1. A formal apology from management regarding the conduct of driver Qayyume.
2. An explanation as to why the booked "Meet & Greet" service was not honored.
3. A substantial refund for this booking, as the core services I paid for—a terminal meet-and-greet and a safe, doorstep drop-off—were not delivered.
I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter. If this is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be escalating this complaint to Transport for London (TfL) and sharing my experience publicly.
Sincerely,
Dr. Maria Lora Tansengco
Response/Rebuttal- Dismissal of safety concerns and service failureThank you for your response. However, I completely reject your investigator’s findings. I no longer wish to pursue a financial refund; my time and peace of mind are far too valuable to waste on this dispute. However, I absolutely refuse to let your company categorize my valid safety concerns as « unfounded. »
1. The Meet & Greet: A professional meet and greet service-which is what I paid for - requires the driver to be waiting at the arrivals carrier holding a name sign when the passenger exits customs. Your driver was not there. I had to wait at a coffee shop and even messaged your admin office to verify if I was even in the correct location (please check your WhatsApp log). Ré-characterizing my search for your absent driver as a successful « meet & greet » is highly unprofessional. 2. The negligent drop-off: Your assertion that your GPS logs show the journey was completed at my booked destination is misleading. My booked destination was the front entrance of the Aparthotel Adagio, 42 Celebration Avenue. This entrance features a fully accessible, designated drop-off bay directly at the doorstep. The hotel staf have confirmed there were no restrictions preventing vehicle access at midnight. Your driver did not drop me off there. Instead, he stopped on DeCoubertin St, the dark parallel street running behind the hotel (check GPS). While I do not expect your admin to admit fault, I do expect basic professional courtesy with an apology, not a defen

The service was excellent, everything was well-organised and all the drivers were very friendly.
The driver turned up on time and was good. I did not like that we had to"upgrade" to a bigger vehicle and pay more because of our luggage. The number of bags was specified when I made the booking. There car sent was a normal size car that still struggled to fit our bags. I don't know why we were charged extra.
Very good service, easy to book, good communication all the time, punctual and friendly.
We used this service for several transfers during our trip. Each trip we had pleasant drivers with nice vehicles and we arrived safely and had on time pick ups and drop offs. Would definitely recommend booking through this company whether its a shirt drive to rhe airport or longer transfers.
Ibrahim was the loveliest driver, very polite, patient and willing to assist us in anyway he could. Very thankful for his kindness and support. Thank you Ibrahim, it was a pleasure to meet you. 100/10
