This is my review following my installation of two rear, complete strut assemblies for my 2013 Cayenne Diesel (with standard suspension).

The reason I am giving these struts only 2 stars is because although the parts looked like decent quality when they arrived, (a) they were extremely difficult to install, and (b) the rear ride height is now higher by about 2.5 inches than the front.

I believe the Aerosus replica strut assemblies are longer than the OEMs but, I cannot be absolutely sure because I did not measure them against the OEMs I removed. Why? Because both of the rear springs on the OEMs had broken so any measurement would not have been accurate.

However, if I could post pictures on this review, you - the reader - can judge for yourself WHETHER the rear ride height looks normal. With the OEMs, there was no differential ... I believe ... and even if there was, it was not noticeable to the naked eye.

Look, maybe the Aerosus replicas will "settle down" as the company claims. If it does, then, I will retract this review and post a new one. For now, this review is accurate

Needed a replacement electric strut for my 67 Seat Alhambra. Dealer part over £500 per strut. Found this company a large German operation but with a UK contact website. Ordered strut arrived from Germany in a couple of days. Exactly the same, fitted by Garage in 20 minutes, half the price including fitting .
