Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. The products are well made however, if you have an issue like I did, they do not act prudent or do they seem to care. This company is in Germany with no US options. I was sent a faulty shock absorber and it took me 6 months to get a refund. I wanted to return the shock but they did not offer that opportunity. I had to buy shocks in the US and fight to even get a partial refund.

I needed to buy a solenoid for an…

I needed to buy a solenoid for an Aerosus Compressor I bought new two years ago, I contacted Aerosus directly as I couldn’t find a source for the part, I was told that Aerosus do not supply spare parts for their compressors, so I’ve had to right off a two year old compressor for the sake of a £20 to £30 part.

This is shockingly bad service from Aerosus, I will never buy another or recommend anyone buying a product from them.

W212 Full air suspension review

Accurate, good quality, fitted straight away.
Whole car (W212 E class saloon) is now on Aerosus full air suspension. At 133,000 miles the difference is astonishing. Funny thing Dampers (shock absorbers), you don't realize their condition till something else makes you change them. Me it was an air suspension on the front that prompted the replacement and an MOT misting advisory for the rear.
