I bought a air suspension compressor…
I bought a air suspension compressor gor bentley, which came with a 2 year warranty
Unfortunately the product became faulty after 12 months.
The initial response was very disappointing
However, following discussion, the management agreed to provide a 50% refund of £200. Once the replacement part is fitted I will need to return the faulty part for inspection.
Thank you for this sensible and compromise solution

Terrible, and worse.
Terrible. They got the item from Hermany to within a 100 miles of my home in the UK, then sent it to Utah, USA.
A week, and a dozen calls later, and I've still no idea when, or if, I'll get my parts or my money.
Customer Service have no powers to be of service, just allowed to pass messages on.
Untrusted by management perhaps?
Aerosus is the business embodiment of Erectile Disfunction.
Shop elsewhere, out of the little eu preferably.
