I had a very disappointing experience with Aertrip.
I booked a flight from Bengaluru to Bagdogra and paid ₹19,970. After completing the booking, I received a call from their team asking me to pay an additional ₹3,050, claiming that the fare had been updated and the ticket would only be confirmed after this extra payment. I had no choice but to pay.
What is more frustrating is that later, when I checked for another ticket on the same day and same route, the fare was actually around ₹3,000 cheaper than what I initially paid. This clearly shows inconsistency and lack of transparency in their pricing.
Asking customers for extra payment after booking is unacceptable and feels misleading. This experience has made me lose trust in Aertrip, and I would not recommend it to others.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Ticket Cancelled and Customer Harassment
I had a very bad experience with AerTrip.
I booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Dubai through AerTrip. After completing the booking and payment, my ticket was aborted/cancelled by AerTrip without any proper reason or prior notice. This caused me serious inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans.

Instead of resolving the issue professionally, their customer support has been unresponsive and harassing, repeatedly delaying the resolution and not providing a clear explanation or timely refund. I had to follow up multiple times, which has been very stressful and frustrating.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable for a travel company. Customers trust you with their money and travel plans, and cancelling tickets without accountability is highly unprofessional.

I strongly advise others to avoid booking through AerTrip unless they improve their customer service and refund process.

I expect an immediate resolution and proper refund.

Recently, I booked a Hotel room thro' this Platform. Extremely unethical behavior . Repeated miscommunication. Deducted advance Room tariff but no room booked cited as communication failure in between AERTRIP & Hotel. Finally booked in a low category room of much lower terrif & I have to make repeated request & follow up for the refund... Who have time today...Extremely poor experience on support.

Very poor experience with aertrip I'll never book again from this site.. they took money then call and demand for 900 extra for seat confirm.... If you guys r not able to confirm ticket then return money within an hour.... Very bad experience please don't book from this side... 4 times I called then they pick up my call...
