Aerviva contract in Sharjah (Smartlynx Airlines).

My experience with Aerviva is not the best to say at least, i was contracted by Aerviva to work with Smartlynx airlines is Sharjah just before company was, sold from ASG to newly created Netherlands based fund, later restructured and after that bankrupted. Given that Aerviva closly related to ASG (avia solution group) they probably knew about upcoming troubles with Smartlynx but chose to contract new people anyways. So quick forward to today, they still owe me and lots of other crew members and engineers money for November, poorly replying to emails, giving empty promises. So for now i would say i would not recommend this company as your agency for aviation job. If something changes i will update my review.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Fraud Fraud Fraud ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ !!!

After accepting the Lead Recruiter job offer, I resigned from my current position and provided the necessary visa cancellation documents. Unfortunately, Aerviva later informed me that the position was filled internally, leaving me without a job and a canceled visa due to their false commitment. I was told I can't report this to MOHRE as no contract was given. This situation is impacting my career and personal responsibilities as a mother, and it feels inhumane.

Had great half time expiriance with Aerviva

Had a contract through Aerviva.com with Avion Express and have been cheated. Been lied about and experienced false promises.
Here is my story in short:
Dear Pilots. 

I myself had a very bad experience in Avion Express and also heard some of my friends having it aslo.
Writing this to warn others so they dont experience the same:
in short here is what I experienced: 
I payed 25000 euros to get at least 500 hours through EagleJet. 
I start line training and get 14.75 hours. I get stopped on my line training and sent home. No reason given why. 
I wait for about 1 month with no news on when I will continue line training. I get asked to be a support sim in prague on very short notice. It says start time on schedule and I was there then. I should have been there 2 hours before for briefing so after helping the company they decide to terminate me. 
I get no refund from Avion Express but get 5000 euros back from EagleJet. I loose 20000 euros on this and also they are evil enough to wait 3-4 weeks until Avion Express tell me I am terminated so I miss out on finding another pilot job for the summer season.
Never experienced such an unpleasant evil thing. 
Have heard this company have treated others bad also so please be aware.
