Great installation job by Jake today. Took time to explain how to use the car charger, felt comfortable all safety measures followed and left everything very neat and tidy.Time chasing up surveyor prior to the job being booked was stressful though.

After waiting 7 months for BPPulse to install a charger Motability connected me with Ohme who use AES. Nathan came this morning , worked nonstop until 5 pm, had to clamber about in a cluttered roof space as it wasn’t a straight forward installation , no complaints!
He was able to tuck the cable in beside the drain pipe , he tidied up afterwards. Splendid , I’d recommend to anyone.

Had an EV charger installed by Paul today and he did a great job. He was very helpful, polite and tidy. I could tell he wanted to do the job properly rather than do the minimum and head off. Would definitely be 5 stars for the engineer.

The process of ordering wasn't so smooth. The website was flaky and unstable. I had to confirm I'd read Ts&Cs even though there weren't any to be found. I was told my installation was non-standard and would need to be priced and assessed before it could be booked - but payment was taken immediately anyway! I was not impressed with this side of things.

However, the important bit was the installation and I can't fault that.

Hameed was helpful, worked quickly and was very accommodating.

We had Ernie and Dave this morning. They were On time; communication was excellent and their skill were on point. Thank you for the smooth transition for what was a hard job being on two floors with the electric and being a town house. Cheers guys!

Just had to two guys from AES come and install my smart meter this morning. They were both very polite and informative and did a quick and clean job.
At all times they told us what they were doing and what to expect, walked us through money saving tips and how to use the meter. I am just annoyed i forgot there names. but they were working in the NN5 area. Thanks

We had Sean Matthews and his colleague Deniz out today to fit an EV Charger. Both were very polite and friendly. They did the job well and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the service.

Our installer, Mitchell, did a great job. Very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Great service from our engineer Ernie, arrived on time and did a first class job, well pleased and would recommend aes to anyone.

This Company is completely incompetent. Today I took time off work for a smart meter installation. The engineer did not arrive, and I didn't even receive any communication to explain why he did not attend. If you book a smart meter installation don't expect them to arrive or make any communication with you.
