The AES Global team are true professionals. Great products don't stand on their own. They require a support network with the customer in mind. In this day and age it's a fleeting concept. AES has kept their focus on customer success. If you take care of the customer, they will take care of you. This is my experience with AES as a National Distributor in the USA.
