AE Stanton fixed my broken Ascaso Dream coffee machine and serviced it. Excellent service. Second time I’ve use AE Stanton and they have been brilliant both times.
The problem with the machine was fixed, and is now working well. However, the machine came back with a dent in it, and the steam wand was bent out of shape. Also, it did appear as if it had been stored outside, as it was covered in grime. I approached the company about the damage and they simply blamed the courier. It's a solid machine so it would seem unlikely that it happened in transit. I would have appreciated it if the person from the company was more reasonable as accidents happen, but he essentially spoke over me as I was describing the issue, and simply denied everything. The work carried out seems competent, but I would think twice about using this company again. There are others out there after all.
Awful service. They don't reply to emails or phone. You constantly have to chase them. They are currently holding my coffee machine and I have no way of getting in touch with them. It's been months. They used to be great but I now think I will never see my machine ever again.
Awful service. They don't reply to emails and you constantly have to chase them. They took ages to do the job and didn't repair my machine properly: it was worse than before, leaking everywhere. They are incredibly uncommunicative and unprofessional and a terrible advert for La Pavoni.
I recently purchased a coffee machine from Aestanton and am satisfied with the product. The coffee machine is high-quality and makes delicious coffee every time. The customer service was also excellent, with helpful and friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions I had.
Why did you remove my genuine review and claiming you had not dealt with me before . Of course I found out the what was the real story behind the “the only authorised service centre” in the uk that you were claiming by verifying this with the manufacturer in Italy. I have kept an email correspondence and conversation that you were claiming so and so as proof. Dare you again remove my review as my genuine experience .
The quality of service is really good. Due to COVID some of the logistics are a bit tricky just now but the service itself is really good and I’m pleased to know I can use my coffee machine for up to 30 years, if serviced!

I just used their service and I am not happy at all.
I wish I can give them 0 start. First it's hard to reach them on the phone. I sent my machine for repair and it was back with different issues, slow service and not professional.
My machine now will go to the bin because them, The machine costs £600 so maybe sure you choose the right company to fix your machine really.

Very expensive and poor.
My La Pavoni Professional stopped heating up. I sent it to AEStanton for a service and told them the machine had stopped heating up and maybe the boiler needed replacing.
Postage was considerable and the service not cheap either. I ended up paying a total of £150 and was without the machine for over a week. I also had to wait in the entire day to send and receive the machine (so that's 2 days off work actually). They told me nothing was wrong with the machine, but that I might want to replace the needle valve for the frother, which I agreed to, although I don't use the frother anyway.
6 months later and the boiler is again not heating up. After a quick probe with the voltmeter, I find the pressure gauge to be faulty.
I've now replaced this (£16) and the machine is working fine.
So basically, £150 lighter and a week without the machine for no gain whatsoever.
These machines are easy to trouble shoot if you have a few spare minutes. My advice - do it yourself and save yourself some hassle and a lot of money.
My husband waited half of the morning for delivery of serviced Pavoni Expresso machine. Total cost with delivery was well over £100+! I was told only after calling customer services, that delivery will happen in the morning, it didn't. Called them again and was told, will call back in 10 minutes - No chance! Still waiting!
I had my coffee machine serviced at AE Stanton.
I walked into the premises and I got this wonderful smell of coffee. I was then greeted by lovely member of staff who showed me their operation. I was well impressed. My espresso machine was serviced and is working as good new now. I also tried their freshly roasted coffee and I can definitely say it is the best coffee I ever had. They are coffee roasters and a coffee machine service centre.
