Toilet Failure: One toilet clogged and was unusable for three days. You claim a repair port was "1 mile away" — not true. The skipper told us it was a 5-hour sail to get there. That’s a major difference. Your claim that we refused a solution is misleading — we simply weren’t willing to waste a full day of our trip to fix something that shouldn’t have failed in the first place.

Your Response: Rather than taking accountability, your reply is defensive and full of false accusations. Calling us liars and dismissing our complaints is not just unprofessional — it’s insulting. We sent our feedback privately first, but your refusal to take it seriously has left us no choice but to warn others publicly.

We new to chartering yachts. We had a good experience with AF Yachting. The team are friendly and helpful. Our boat had no technical issues despite being 8 years old and despite the boat being superficially a bit tired in places, we had a great time and we’re pleased to recommend them.

We have payed full price of the boat. Immidiately after the second (final) payment AF yachting had dissapeared. No answers by mail, neither by phone!!!
Be aware of this scam company!!!

We (5 people) have rented a Catamaran to AF Yatching for 1 week, this August 2022, and we are shocked about our nigthmare experience, due to the drunk skipper they selected for us.

AF Yatching has absolutly no process and control on the Skipper they will select to drive your boat, and will not help you if you have problems with him, even if you are in danger.

After 2 days cruising we called AF Yatching, to let them know about their SKIPPER WHO WAS DRUNK and has absolutely no respect for us, put our lives in danger and was looking to fight with us. AF Yatching didn't do ANYTHING to help us, as they had already paied the full salary of their skipper, as they said.

We were SCARED OF THEIR SKIPPER, and 3 days after our first call, the Skipper AF Yatching selected for our boat, was drunk again, was braeaking glasses on the floor, and was basically VERY DANGEROUS. We called AF Yatching again to have help from them... there only answer was "Do you have evidence". We then asked their skipper to drop us at the port. He refused and told us to JUMP IN THE WATER WITH OUR SUITCASES and swim to the port, which was 800 meters from the boat. We had to call other boats to help us, and we finally finished our boat trips 2 days in advance. We have reported this case to the Greek police.

After all, we asked AF Yatching to reimburse us. They refused, and charged us for the gas their skipper, used to come back alone (as we left the boat) to Athenes.... 0 morality. They then quotes their drunk skipper, saying that we were the people who were unrespecfull and drunk .

AF Yatching has 0 respect for their clients, 0 morality, and ll not do anything to help you, even you are in danger, as long as they are making money.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

We booked one week in the Saronic Islands on a Lagoon 380 catamaran. The anchor failed to work the second day. Our skipper Nikos Anastasiou spent a full day on th ephone with AFY and engineers and managed to bring a repair person by 11pm on Sunday night! The problem has been fixed by 1am and Nikos spent all this time helping the mechanic. Next morning we were sailing again!
Without Nikos help our dream time would have finished after one day. Thank you Nikos and AFY.
Nikos proved to be a perfect skipper and companion over our week on the sea. He is very professional, patient, skilled, organized and funny.
We already decided to book another trip with AFY in the Ionic with Nikos as skipper. See you all next year!

An amazing experience! I thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommended!!!!

Contractual issues were followed. Organization was amess….contract could not be found and although booked well in advance they had no clue which boat we will have. Large chaos in the port in Paros...further. we had a very bad boat (ANASSA Bavaria 56). The Genua was not retractable and there was no support by the base. In addition, the engine was broken and the anchor motor was broken...we stayed 3 days in the port for repair….they did not want to pay any money back....I highly recommend NOT to book with them.

Boats are good for the price, service is average - had waste tank switch broken and they did take all my reduced deposit 400 EUR for quite basic operations. Boat Konstantinos 14 was okay but not in perfect condition.
