Affinity needs to perform better, here at Childwickbury we often have low pressure and the water tastes unpleasant at times. The people who come to read the meters don’t have any idea where they are and we have to show them, surely this information is on your database?

I would rate Affinity Water zero stars if it were an option. They are clearly a company that prioritizes profit over people. I contacted them regarding a clear overcharge on my bill and was promised a resolution, yet weeks later, absolutely nothing has been done.
Their customer service is incredibly poor. It is frustrating to be told one thing on the phone and then ignored. If you are looking for a company that actually cares about its customers, this isn't it. Avoid their "support" lines—they don’t follow through on their word.

The most important for me has been customer care always being able to speak to a real person rather than automated robot or call centre in India. Human communication with someone who speaks my language and who genuinely wants to listen and help is key to a quality service.

My water company asked for a review. I do not understand why as it's not like I can choose a different company?!?!? My experience is that water comes out of my tap, waste water goes out. Their execs seem to get pretty good pay rises every year and the price I pay goes up a lot.
