Undisclosed closure of website at time of purchase
The website announced that they will be terminating the service in a couple of months. I signed up 4 days ago and demand a refund for failure to disclose! I have now deleted my profile.

I highly recommend not using this site at all. Match is promoting this site as a better website than match, but most of the people are not online anymore, do not reply or are not just not a good match. I signed up for 6 months, and it is a waste of time and money. SCAM!

Interesting idea, poor realization
The idea seems interesting, but the realization is stupid: instead of letting one use all or most of the site's functionalities to discover it properly for at least a day or two the site requires a subscription straight away. Like someone's going to find the love of their life in a few minutes lol
Having subscribed, I could do NOTHING but see fogged photos of potential 'matches' and their age. No possibility to write or read messages - how can one decide if the site is good or not for them? I was not ready to invest into a site which has dubious reviews re its subscription and refund policy....

I have done the Affinity questions on Match. What a mistake this was. I cannot longer login into Match.com (no i did not forgot my password) and the re-set option is not working. What a nightmare. Not able to see my profile in Affinity either.

Affiny worked for me!
My partner and I met on Affiny. I can't believe these rubbish reviews! I tried two other dating sites and just got lots of texts. The men sent me lewd photos and I just couldn'ttake them seriously.
I took a psychometric test, was shown someone's photo and details the next day. We texted, he asked me for my phone number and we talked the following day. 20 months later and we are still together, enjoying dates out, staying with each other and planning for the future. Brilliant site!!

Total scam. Customer service is none existent. Cancelled my membership within the 14 days "cooling off" period but they still took my money. Claimed that they had not received my cancellation request! Basically told me that I have to keep paying until my 6 months is up. No further response despite several emails requesting repayment of my money. Total scam, avoid at all costs!

Most of the time you get no response and when you do
many of the women on the site are "not real". By that I mean that seem much younger than me and don't seem to have accounts, sending a message asking me to email them as they don't have an account. Strangely, over time I noticed that the email address and profile was often the same just a different photo.
Customer service is just a computer sending automatic replies. When you want to leave, unless you time it perfectly, you are locked into a rolling 6 month contract. I cancelled anyway and wrote off the £89.94!!
