didnt signup for any emails even when you unsubcribe asking them to stop, the spam continues. It feels like they simply ignore GDPR and basic customer respect. If you value your privacy, be cautious — their marketing is relentless and intrusive.

Having seen Brigi foam online I had a slight issue with the ordering of the one I wanted on the website, so I gave the company a call. The guy on the phone was very helpful and told me all the options available and I ordered the item with them. The Brigi foam was delivered within 3 days packaged well. Very happy with the item and help given.

Purchase Green glue acoustic damping compound and sealant. Excellent prices and good service. Ordered Thursday night, received email confirmation Friday morning including delivery date confirmation. Items delivered next working day as expected.

I needed some rubber tape to repair my old car which was letting in water. I found Affixit in an online search but wasn't sure which product would be suitable. I contacted the company, explaining my situation and sent some photos. They were quick to respond with suggestions.
I went on to order the suggested tape which arrived within 2 days of ordering.
I've successfully solved my leaking car with this tape.
I received a great service from start to finish and would buy from Affixit again.

Ordered protective sheet for carpet before I moved in to our new house. It was 3 days late in being delivered, I never used it and I had to purchase analternative. I tried calling several times for them to come up with a solution and to collect it. I was promised a call back but this never happened . Eventually I did get an answer and was told to return it; however when I tried to return it a few weeks later I was told I couldn't, despite this being no fault of my own. Moving home is stressfull and expensive enough without having to deal with these issues but clearly they don't consider this.

Just wanted to recognise the exceptional service I have had from these guys this week. We had a production line come to a standstill and was in desperate need of PTFE. I t was on the shelf, Jan kindly arranged a same day courier to get us up and running again from my 1st phone call to delivery was just 3 hours. The team really went above and beyond - THANK YOU

Just bought 2 lots of "protective" carpet tape from this company. It's absolutely rubbish, doest stick at all. Tried it on 3 different carpets. Now using plain old cheap sellotape and it sticks fine.

BEWARE!

After you place an order they will take money from your bank account which is okay, but then you will be asked to pay for delivery. What the heck? You should be asked to confirm the price of the product and delivery, then pay.
This is obviously a bad design of their e-commerce platform.

The rudest customer service ever!!!I have just tried three times to place an order on their website. I added all the products to my basket. I went to pay and was prompted to register for an account. I did this to save time in future, choosing the strong password it suggested. I went to pay and all the goods had gone from my basket! I tried again. I added them all and tried to pay which for some reason meant I had to log in again. Now it tells me I’m using the wrong password (it had been saved by my phone so I know it was right) . I tried again, same issue! I decided after nearly an hour of this I’d call and place an order. I said to the man who answered (Simon) That I had tried to order and didn’t think much of his website, whereupon his exact words were ‘well use someone else then’!!! How on earth have they got a customer left!!?? Useless website, loads of poor reviews on other sites.... and the most arrogant salesman ever! AVOID!

Ordered items listed as 'in stock' and available for 24hr delivery as i needed them urgently.

Two weeks later still nothing. They took my money though.
