New bay windows installation by Affix Windows carried out with minimum of fuss and disruption and with high degree of professionalism by Mike and Danny and his team. From initial enquiry through quotation and eventual installation, customer service was excellent and workmanship, timekeeping and all other aspects were entirely satisfactory. We had the whole house refitted with windows and doors. The workmen were very friendly, hardworking and explained in details on all aspects of work done. Tidy up after installation and took away all the mess etc. Did a great job and I would highly recommend Affix Windows and doors Ltd. who also gave us a personal touch.

We have had a new Solidor fitted from the kitchen to the conservatory. This is the 3rd door we have had fitted this year and also had a front door fitted a few years back. Having had our windows fitted by Affix we were always going to use this company because of the professionalism of their team but also the first class quality of their products and the personal attention you receive at all stages. I am not one to write many reviews you have to go the extra mile to get one but this company does on all levels and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to Mark and his team

The whole team was really helpful and personal. They worked with our builders and managed to time everything with them perfectly, so we wasn’t without a front door. Highly recommended!

We had 9 new windows fitted. No hard sell often associated with windows, and we went with them as the quote was most competitive out of the 3 we had. The wait time for the windows was as informed, and the job was carried out to our satisfaction over 2 days. One of the frames was cracked upon delivery but this was pointed out to me (I doubt if I’d have noticed) and a replacement was ordered and changed within a week. So, on the whole, Affix for us was a good experience.

We have recently moved into a tired and dated bungalow, Afix came and helped us to choose all new windows and a composit front door, the choices were discussed at length to make sure we were happy. The day came for installation, the fitters were punctual and very polite, they carried out the work in a timely & professional manner, very tidy and thorough. We was so overwhelmed as each window was done, our beautiful new bungalow had come to life, we could not have been more pleased with our choice to use Afix as the whole experience has been excellent and cannot thank the whole team for their efforts to make us feel so grateful and proud, as the neighbours have all commented on how lovely our windows and front door are. We are now thinking of a porch and conservatory and are in no doubt that Afix are the company we will ask again, and pass this recommendation on to friends, family and neighbours.

I moved into a doer-upper and used Affix to replace my windows.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Mark came round to quote and was a really nice man, not pushy whatsoever and gave me good advice.
I went into the showroom to see the windows and choose the handles/obscured glass pattern and everyone I met was lovely.
When the fitters came they were really nice guys and very clean and tidy.
The difference the new windows have made is brilliant. As well as making the house look more modern, the reduction in noise has been astounding.
I have recommended Affix to 2 friends already and will continue to recommend them.

Composite front door, used online tool to design door, ordered and deposit paid.
Delay due to Covid issues at manufacturers.
Door fitted and very pleased with the standard of work of the fitters, and the quality of the door, slight blemish to outer door, made good promptly.

All of the staff at Affix have been incredibly helpful throughout the process of replacing my front door, especially given the challenges I had from my insurance company and because of lockdown restrictions. Donna responded swiftly and effectively to all of my annoying requests(!), and the installation team were efficient and professional. Contacted Affix to get a new front and back door. They responded quickly. Very patient and helpful with all our questions and queries, and contacting us if the specification needed changing to fit the product.
The fitters arrived on time, were pleasant and tidy, and did a great job putting in the new doors on a very hot day.
After paying for the work, we noticed a small yellow stain on the door frame. Contacted Affix, and they came back the same day to clean it off.
