Amazing company, can't recommend them enough! I purchased my oyster 4 bundle from them, which was very hard to source all over the uk and was out of stock everywhere except here. They are had the exact colour I wanted in the push chair and car seat, which i was very happy about as most other companies require you to only have the black car seat in the bundle. On top of this, the customer service has been excellent. I also received next day delivery which was great as I needed the items ASAP. Overall I can't recommend this company enough and would definitely use them again in the future!!

Terrible customer service and poor attitude from staff. Bought a pram from affordable baby, with alleged 2 year warranty. Material tore and hood snapped within two months. Refused to replace, merely ordered parts and instructed to fix ourselves. Wheel also now fault in addition to original faults. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a cot mattress and some other bits from here. It all arrived the next day (New Years Eve!) Cheaper than anywhere else, and customer service even over Christmas was phenomenal. So impressed, will definitely use again!

We purchased a mamas n papas travel system and a joie I snug 2 car seat for our grandchild
I feel like copy n pasting the review from a previous customer as we had the exact same experience when we collected it, ( the only difference with us is that the staff members were having pot noodles as they served us and pushed the boxes out of the door with their feet)
We have no idea if the pram is set up correctly and more importantly we don’t know if the car seat is fitted correctly , I did ask and was told instructions are in the boxes, we had to rely on YouTube videos.

First child, bought travel system and the price was quite reasonable for what you get, told when purchasing that when we collect we need to give 24 hours notice so the pram can be built for us and we would be shown how to install the car seat etc. Collected today to be given around 10 boxes that nearly didn’t fit in our car and haven’t been shown anything. When questioned why we was told that the response was if you have any problem come back. We don’t live close enough to the store to just pop over. Have been very happy with the service until this point as I thought showing people how to install was a nice personal touch and it put my mind at ease. I suggest not telling people this in the future as it clearly isn’t the case.

ABC - has since stated the car seat could not be shown to us if the car was full- the car was totally empty on arrival and could/should have been shown to us as other retailers do. We feel that we need an Isofix but unsure because of lack of service from ABC

We bought the Mamas and Papas pushchair bundle for a fantastic amount and naturally we were a bit skeptical at first, as we have never heard or bought from this company before.

However it’s the exact pushchair and was delivered the next day! Amazing!

One thing which did worry us is that we only got delivered half the boxes, but this was due to DPD not having a scan sticker on the second box, so this is no fault of the company that’s for sure! And DPD just delivered it the next day as well, plus DPD give you a one hour time slot so you can always check when it will be delivered with that, which is really handy!

We would definitely buy from this company again, and in fact we’ve sent the website to our friends who are also expecting!

Shockingly bad customer service order two seats expecting them both to be delivered at the same time but they are 4 days apart which means I have to wait in in on 2 separate occasions. They don’t care when you have an issue so don’t waste your money with them!

I hadn’t heard of this company so paid through PayPal just incase but I ordered a highchair at a good price on a Friday afternoon, wasn’t expecting it until Monday and it arrived 9am Saturday morning. I’ve not opened the box yet but I was very impressed!

We live in a time where we often prefer to buy from larger companies. When I saw a specific baby seat significantly cheaper than other places I was hesistant to purchase, but did so after looking at the reviews on here.

It arrived two days later and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking at trustpilot to help with any fears of using this company, rest assured you will receive the goods.

I was hesitant to order from this company as I had not heard of them before and needed an item of winter wear urgently for my 6mt old baby’s pram.
All of the larger stockists had no stock and no idea when the item would be returning into stock. Even the manufacturer was out of stock.

My experience with this company was straightforward and fast; they communicated every step of the way and the delivery was next day. There was even a courtesy email to ensure the service was satisfactory.
A lot of the ‘bigger’ companies could take a leaf out of this teams book.

We had a lot of stress trying to order a pram and we were let down by multiple businesses, although the service from this company was fantastic. We ordered the pram and it came the next day, which is exactly what we wanted rather than waiting 3 weeks with no response from other businesses. I had such a great experience with Affordable Baby Care. The pushchair we bought was £50 cheaper than anywhere else, it also included the footmuff (which is normally another £80). I ordered around 1.30p.m. and within minutes of me ordering it, I was contacted with my order confirmation and told that DPD would be delivering to me the next working day (the delivery was free). Thankyou for a very speedy delivery. Ordered Thursday December 2nd in the afternoon before 3.30pm, and received it the very next working day. I ordered the Hauck Pacific 3 pram and car seat.
Our little girl is not due until May but pram is up and ready. It only took 10 mins to set up.
We are so pleased with our pram. And it looks and feels sturdy.
