DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM SCAMMERS

I cancelled this order WHILE ON THE PHONE with the Consultant because I did not want a sim card from 3 Mobile as they also scammed me like this before by sending and charging me for sim cards i never wanted. I had to spend hours and hours on the phone with them to get them cancelled and finally the Ombudsman sorted it out
But the manager wouldn't listen. I said I did not want a sim card we have sim cards and because the reviews on Google were shocking saying without even an order you take money and send 3 Mobile sim cards. The Affordable Offers manager was shouting at me saying all companies have bad reviews while I was reading them to him. He then told me that he has my bank details and can take my money anyway. I instructed him to cancel it immediately and he said this company is not a scam and he will cancel it. Well now I got an email saying my order is placed. So the reviews were right, this company is a scamming bunch of people who never cancelled my order and is trying to steal my money. JUST LIKE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS SAID. Cancel this order immediately I want nothing to do with this company or 3 mobile after the way the manager was shouting at me. Disgusting service and scammers! On the email to me it says to email them and gives the the address. I did that and it got returned saying the email doesn't exist. I tried calling, no reply. DISGUSTING!! And even after the so called manager was shouting at me telling me he can take my money anyway because he has my bank details but wouldn't do that because he is not a scammer. Well guess what, he did exactly that!! So he IS a scammer.
Update - I am in the UK, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. I got a call from Nadin the Compliance Manager who apologised profusely and said my details had been deleted. She also said they are trying to fix their business and stop things like this happening, the bad things that are all listed in the bad reviews. Thank you for the apology.

Stay away from this company

Good evening

I've failed a credit check but you put a sim through in my name with 3 mobile that I've canceled. I asked on the phone for no sim to be processed if the phone loan failed. I've had no contact from your company regarding this

I've just received another email from three mobile saying you have placed another contract through in my name for a sim again with three mobile.

I will be calling them again tomorrow to cancel this sim also. If you place another sim in my name with any mobile operator I'll be speaking to the police and trading standard as this is now having an effect on my credit score.

Not once have I given you permission to place a sim deal without a phone.

I expect a call tomorrow 30th March 2023 to say you have removed all my records from your system before I take this matter further to a solicitor.

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!
They ask for way too many details, bank account no. Sort code, long card number, expiry and 3 digit security code. And when asked why she needed all this information she responded with its for an ADS check! I googled the company 'affordable offers limited' says it all... and when I relayed all the 1 star terrible reviews to her she put the phone down!!

This company are a dis race they call you 10 times a day with rude people on phone.
Please do not answer phone to them as they will call you with 10 Different numbers and withheld numbers someone should report them to police or fraud office do not give them your bank details

This company is constantly harassing my…

This company is constantly harassing my partner. Calling at all hours 4-5 times a day. My partner lost her mum yesterday and I explained to the company on the phone that we have to keep answering unknown numbers as she is expecting calls from the hospice and funeral directors and to please take her number off their list. They have taken advantage of this fact and are constantly calling from different phone numbers. The most recent call, approx 1 hour ago, the advisor on the phone confirmed that there is a note on her account for them NOT to contact her but insisted “please just hear my offer and I’ll stop calling”. Absoloutely disgusting harassment and they will not stop. Do not use this company. If this continues further I will be getting legal involved.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, take all your details then never send the product. I have chased for 10 days and the only way I have been able to get a response is going on Instagram and messenger to see if anyone responds.
Promise of call back, NEVER happens.
A total farce of a company.
Absolutely disgusted and very close to reporting them as a SCAM company to companies house and the telecommunications ombudsman
