order never came and no way to contact the company - rip off company do not use !!!

I bought all my radiators from this website and everything went smoothly, so I recently bought another item from. Sadly the item hasn’t arrived and I have had no reply to my email or online form. It’s not even poor customer service, there is zero service.

Super service i would order from affordable rads again for sure, great radiators and they arrived very fast......

This company is a SCAM. All the good reviews from the people with 1 review clearly come from the insiders who get paid to write this otherwise the company would have a 100% 1star review record.

I have ordered a radiator, valves and a thermostatic heating element. Everything was "in stock" when I ordered with next day delivery available. Immediately after placing the order I got an email with available delivery dates and to my surprise the earliest option was 10 days later! What followed was only getting worse. I got an email a few days later that the heating element wasn't available for another 2 weeks, reluctantly I said that was ok as we could add this option later. To my surprise on the scheduled delivery day, the heating element was the only thing that actually arrived but I did not get the radiator or the valves. I had tried to contact them so many times and when I finally got hold of them on live chat (to achieve this you have to select sales team as there is no way to get to customer care or aftersales as the sales are the only ones available on chat - what a surprise) I was given some lame excuses and told the radiator would follow a week later. On the same day I got an email that the radiator was dispatched for next day delivery. I was surprised but welcomed the news. Well... it turned out the message was a lie (or like the online agent said - an automated message!) as nothing was dispatched and I ended up chasing 3 more times - each time told another date for delivery - and each time no radiator. I still haven't got it 5 weeks later and just got told it's coming tomorrow. I am not holding my breath for it.

The radiator keeps showing as "in stock" on their website so clearly this is their standard procedure.

Stay away and report them - I certainly will. Companies like these should npt exist.

Not sure where people are getting the idea this company is a scam from? Ive purchased from here several times and not had any issues..Delivery was fast and radiators top quality.

Avoid ***** this company, customer service is shocking. Waiting on refund from December. No surprise I’m still waiting. Spoke to trading standards and apparently so many have had problems with them .
Have been ignored so many times . Emailed dozens of times with no reply ,
Have gave this company a lot of business over the last year or so and get treated like trash . So safe to say will never use again and will he advising my customers and fellow tradesmen to avoid company at all costs .

They have taken £1653.62 and I not received the item - you can only contact via a chatbot which puts you in a queue, when you get to the 1st in the queue it crashes. No contact number. No company address. This company should be investigated and the directors/CEO prosecuted!

poor customer service, you do a live chat and they say they cant help you, you email and you get no reply, and they dont give you a refund when they say they will, still waiting for the refund and email back from them,

items returned to them on the 4th of january

Cannot fault this company placed an order for several radiators, delivered the very next day. Fast and Efficient........Shall be ordering from affordable rads again.

Ordered a radiator that was "in stock for next day delivery."

Didnt arrive. Was then given a date 10 days later.

Didnt arrive.

They now fail to respond to emails or live chat and they have no telephine number.

Clearly a scam company and I am going to have to go to Klarna to try and get my money back.

Avoid at all costs... Read actual customer reviews placed here. Ignore the fake reviews from family and friends

EDIT: Klarna are NO USE WHATSOEVER - they are facilitating the scam. I'm now having to go to my bank's fraud department.

I will also be issuing a format complaint about Klarna to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) - their regulator

Delivery was fast and the radiator decent, I would order from here again...

I paid £174.70 on 4th January 2024 for a bathroom towel radiator . On8th Affordable Rads said it was out of stock and unavailable for 6 to 8 weeks so I cancelled the order.On 10th January AR gave a “personal assurance” that they would issue a refund by 23rd and confirm by email. They didn't and neither did they reply to my email on 30th . As at 4th Feb I have not been refunded or sent an email. I now see reviews showing I am not alone.

Third faulty radiator! You can’t speak to anyone at this company, customer service is non existent. .

I asked them to exchange a untouched in the box radiator for a bigger size and they refused because it went over 14 days. Stupid rule and not using them again

Cannot fault these guys in any way, shape or form. Top class radiators and the service that I received was great!! arrived fast and well packed. No reason to not order from affordable rads again.
