This would really get a zero if I could! Affordable Sofas is incredibly quick to take your money, but the moment they have it, they completely ignore you. Calls go unanswered every single day, making it clear that they have zero interest in customer service. Their business is run terribly, and their lack of professionalism is shocking. Avoid at all costs.

The communication level is high and very good, i unfortunately did not rate the delivery guys but it did not make any difference to the actual seller, it's a good quality sofa

Quality is awful for the price. I ordered beige and have been sent grey and left to deal with it. After emailing company they apologised and said they’d get back to me this was the 24th of January. I have heard nothing and I have been left with an item I didn’t order!!!! I have emailed nearly everyday since receiving sofa and nothing

If I could give a zero i would the sofa I got is absolutely awful went to wash the cushions on my sofa and loads of stuffing came out of the cushions so now cushions are flat the cushions don't fit on sofa properl,all zips are inside out and the sofa doesn't even clean well the only good experience I had was the delivery drivers were lovely and so polite

I was delivered sofas from this company today. The delivery drivers came in while I had my baby in my arms. Just dumped the sofas and left. Didn’t fix the legs onto the sofas nor opened them for me to check the sofas over. Then I saw there was a rip on the plastic which the sofas were covered in and saw the sofa is damaged. Called the company and the woman said she will get someone to call me back. No one’s called me.

Do not purchase from these people! Sofa was delivered January 9th and it is uncomfortable nor as plush as appears in the photos online! Initially i requested an exchange and Customer Service started trying get me to keep the Sofa claiming it needs to used and sat on for comfort to improve. As the cushions are density foam. Which is tactic to get past the 14 day Return period to force you to keep their product! Cushions are cneap poor quality foam and uncomfortable Sofa is not worth the £1200 i was charged! Icontacted Snap Finance who have been helpful and have started a Dispute claim for me. Affordable Sofa then replied to me that i the Customer have to deliver the Sofa back to theyre warehouse refusing to collect it despite me telling them i would pay Collection fee! Which is another tactic force customers into keeping their inferior products! 3 days after delivery they do not want to honor the 14 day Return policy which is the Law and a Customers Rights! Avoid these Crooks and spend your money elsewhere their products are definitely poor quality which why they only provide a One Year Warranty! While DFS and other credible Furniture Retailer provide 5 year Warrantys on their goods! Affordable Sofas are Thieves and Scam Artists selling Cheap Quality for Top Price! Do not purchase from these THIEVES!

Fantastic really easy to deal with delivered in the time frame promised and great customer service

Overall experience fantastic, quality of the sofa is amazing. Delivery driver was polite, friendly and helpful took all the rubbish away which I never expected as most companies don't so very impressed on that part. Only criticism is the ability to contact someone from customer services other than that I'd order again from them
