Great product and after a order measuring mistake on my part they remade a new one for half price. However it took 2-months to receive.

The table pads I ordered were well made and sized correctly. The only complaint I have was the time it took to get my order. It took twice as long as expected, but in the age of Covid, that is not unusual.

The quality is great however the felt side was damaged in shipping not so badly that I am sending it back but thought you would want to know and maybe beef up the packaging.

Table pad was not delivered as per agreement of 3-6 weeks. It took 7 1/2 weeks instead. I had to call twice before getting any information on my table pad and possible delivery. Better customer service should be implemented.

The table pad that Affordabe Table Pads made for me was a perfect fit. My table had a slight curve on the sides, beveled edges, and two leaves, so I was a bit leary about it coming out right. They sent me a template, with easy to follow instructions, and six weeks later, I received the perfect sized table pads! The process was easy and handled very professionally. They answered my questions via email and phone quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Affordable Table Pads to anyone looking to protect their table.

This table top took forever to receive. I placed the order in late December or the first of the year in January. I didn’t get my product until the 2nd week of April.
I know things are slower with the COVID 19 and all but I still thought this was a longer than necessary time. However, it is a very nice table top. I’m pleased with the quality.

I ordered two covers, both came in damaged. I've sent pictures and requested a return authorization and refund on Saturday, it's now Tuesday and I still have not heard from anyone.

My table cover from Affordable Table Pads has been a major blessing for us. Our dining table was regularly getting scratches and nicks on the table top from people sliding glasses and plates along the top surface (even with using placemats). Having a "unique table" - it is 40"x60" with a 20"x60" butterfly leaf - I checked with Affordable as to the proper way to order the pad since it is not a "traditional" leaf. The responded within 2 days. When we requested samples of 3 of the cover patterns, we had them within about 3 days. The construction is very good and the magnetic attaching mechanism keeps the pieces together and aligned well. Having checked two other sites advertising similar custom-made table covers, Affordable was the lowest price. Combined with the excellent pre-purchase support and the cover being delivered in the promised time, I would highly recommend Affordable and feel the cover is well worth the price.
