I received my table pads within the timeframe promised. They look great as I was a little nervous about the color match. The samples on the website are accurate as the pads blend right in. I would highly recommend this product!

Love my table pad. I bought it for a kitchen island with seating. It fits perfectly, looks great and protects the wood on the island.

I was pleased with my initial contact and ordering process. Then weeks went by without any updates. I finally contacted the company to see what was going on. I was told I would have it in a few weeks. Finally, more than 6 weeks later, I have a table pad that I am pleased with. They really need to communicate a bit more often, during the process.

The pad is beautiful, I'm not sure I need a table cloth on it. The color is a perfect match with our table

The quality of this pad is great. The only real complaint is that ordered the end of November and didn't receive til mid January. It would have been nice for a heads up on slowness.

Product seems great. Magnets seem strong and I was able to use tips on website to properly measure my table for the perfect fit. Lost one star due to poor customer service. When calling they didn’t seem like they wanted to talk to me and didn’t seem to care that I wanted to know my status over order. 3-6 weeks from ordering became 7 weeks and was not notified when item was shipped.

Ordered a pad for my baby grand piano. The price was good from this company compared to others I priced. The quality is very nice and the fit is perfect! I highly recommend Affordable table pads.

I ordered a pad for my dining room table and my server. They fit perfect. The quality of the pads are amazing.

What i disliked about Affordable Table Pads Company was the lack of communication. I gave my table measurements, ordered, and paid for my pads online on 11/1/20 and received a confirmation. However, I received a package in the mail on 11/17/20 asking me to give the measurements again as well a blank paper to outline my table. Altering sending the mail package back I received an email confirmation on 11/29/20; and then I heard nothing. It made me nervous as I felt like I was being swindled out of my money. I had to call several times before receiving a call back. I was told to be patient as they were working on the pads. The lack of communication frustrated me. I finally received my pads on 1/4/21. The pads are nice.

The quality of the table pads are great. I ordered covers for my pool table and my dining room table. I really like them. The process was not clearly outlined online. It said it was 3-4 weeks and it was 2+ months. Also, there are some additional things they mail you and you have to mail back (this wasn't really clearly outlined). I did this quickly and it still took a long time. It was difficult to get an answer on the phone when I called to check the status. I finally got a guy who was a little abrupt and said he was looking into the timing. I did receive my table pads, however, I never had an email notification with tracking or delivery updates. Would I buy from them again? Maybe. The pads are really nice. The process and communication leaves a lot to be desired.

Table top looks great, haven't had an opportunity to use it yet.

I was skeptical ordering table pads online even though I read reviews and researched the company. It took almost two months to receive the pads. I ordered about a month before Thanksgiving and was aware of how covid and the impending holidays could slow down production. I emailed for the status of the order at one point and received a quick response. The pads are absolutely PERFECT; the fit, corners, leaves and materials. I waited till I was in my 50's to be able to afford my dream dining room set and now I have my Affordable Pads to protect my investment. No more placemats on top of a table cloth on top of a sheet of plastic. Happy camper!
