Not only that, but their personally designed and built pedals are incredible in quality, tone and value!

I made my first purchase with Affordaboard.co.uk just last week, I got NUX's Analogue Delay & Damp Reverb pedals, as well as the Demonfx Compressor (and some extra patch cables).
I already had; overdrive, distortion, noise gate, cry baby wah and the Whammy, so I was specifically looking for a compressor, reverb and delay - and I'm very happy to say I'm not disappointed.

These are great pedals, and the price point pushes that further into 'fantastic' territory. They all sound great and definitely enhance my overall tone and / or add extra layers to solos.

The knobs turn with just the right amount of resistance for me, different on each pedal, but all in the right amount so I can make quick and accurate adjustments without worrying about overshooting.
I have some dexterity issues, so it's important to me that I know I can make quick on-the-fly adjustments.

I liked that a couple of these pedals had some extra features that I've not seen in pedals of this price range.

The reverb can be switched between mono and stereo outputs by holding the reverb type button when powering the pedal, and it also has a USB-C socket, which is only used for updating the pedal's firmware (I've not tried that yet).

It also has 'hold' effects which you activate by holding down the bypass whilst the pedal is active; plate - shimmer effect, spring - freeze effect, hall - freeze effect.

Shimmer is like a sparkly digital noise which builds the longer you hold.
Freeze captures and holds the reverb pitch that it captures and loops, and lets it 'ring' for as long as you hold down bypass - it sounds like a single held note coming from a pipe organ being played in a large hall, and you can play over the top of it too.

The compressor's little extra was a clipping knob, in addition to the regular attack, sustain and level - it's a really nice feature to have if you want to add a little grit.

The shipping was fast, despite one pedal being delayed by 24 hrs (due to circumstances outside of Affordaboard's control) - but the business owner, James, contacted me to let me know in advance.

We had a good chat on the phone, James is very knowledgeable, and he also told me about him developing Affordaboard's own range of pedals - which I will definitely be checking out!

I also learnt that Affordaboard is a local (to me) business. My neighbour is a guitarist too, so I sent him the store's weblink. He also bought a compressor, ordered the same day I ordered mine, and he's very happy with it too.

Bought a Mosky Big Fuzz (crazy, but good fun!) a while ago and a Demonfx Ghost reverb last week. Both great pedals. Brilliant service & fantastic prices too.

Demon FX Chorus, delivered like next day, super fast. Cheap and chips but sounds like steak'n'lobster.

Great website! Great budget friendly pedals! Takes a couple of days from ordering to arriving. A majority of the pedals I got on my current board are from affordaboard, with a a few more I need still on my wish list. Highly recommended for guitar or bass players who need pedals but on a budget.
