Phill is the best....

Everything was great apart from trying to charge me £20 after I took the car back full not happy about that at all !!

Really great service as usual. Afford are 'affordable - much better than other local services. The car we used was in excellent condition and perfect for our needs. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

booked a van for the weekend and had an email confirmation to collect @1.15pm on Saturday. When we arrived we were asked for licence and proof of address, we provided this information with a wage slip to be told that we need 3 forms of proof of address. Why do you not advise on the confirmation email? As you close at 1.30pm we didn't have time to go home and get the additional ID. So we had to cancel plans and also lost £60 from the hotel we had booked from where we were collecting the garden furniture from.

One day hire of van with tow bar.
Van provided in good, clean condition and fully serviceable including a number plate for a trailer, hired separately.
All Staff were very friendly and helpful including Vicky, Ruby & Natasha in reception and Chris who conducted the handover.
All at a very reasonable price with no hidden extras.

I hired a six seater van to take my family on holiday to Devon. I was very disappointed when I picked it up to find it very tatty and it looked like a gang of builders had used it for six months. The only upside was that it was nice to drive and very reliable.

A first class service. Allowed us to book, over the phone, without a deposit. No extras added on top of the price quoted. Local pick up.

In all the years I have used Afford the service has been exceptional and the pricing reasonable. The quality of the vehicles has always been excellent and I have hired many different sorts, small, medium, large cars, a van and a people carrier. I would recommend Afford to everyone

Nice car. Just could have been cleaned better inside. Windscreen was dirty still had marks where someone had had there satnav or phone holder on the screen. And there ware a couple of marks that weren’t on the original form when he showed me round the car. I took pictures of these to protect myself . Never had any issues before and I would definitely use this company again.

We hired a van to take scout equipment to Switzerland, they were easy to organise this with to make sure we had everything we needed to take the van abroad.

When I dropped the car off I simply had to leave a key. The car inspection was carried out without me being there and a member of staff faked my signature on the documents to accept the inspection. Thankfully there was nothing additional to pay, but surely this isn’t standard practice.

All the staff were fantastic, friendly, efficient, reasonable and professional. A pleasure to do hire vehicles with this Company.
