I returned a parcel on the 19th-04-2025 via collection from my home requesting a full refund and have not had confirmation of delivery that it has been received and I have not received a refund of the goods. Parcel was picked up from my home by the courier.
One pair of green trousers and one pair of rust coloured trousers which were too big for me and material was not as I expected so I am very disappointed to say the least

PLEASE NOTE THEY DO NOT DO “FREE” RETURNS
BURIED IN THE “SMALL PRINT” IT STATES THAT WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, OR ITEMS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A ONE-OFF FEE BETWEEN £2.99 AND £3.99 (DEPENDING ON YOUR METHOD OF RETURN, E.G. DROP-OFF, COLLECTION, ETC.), WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
It says “your statutory rights are not affected”, so I imagine this will not be the case if you can prove (photographically on opening the parcel and inspecting the goods) that an item you receive is faulty.
PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND IF YOU ARE ORDERING MULTIPLE SIZES TO FIND THE BEST FIT.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I would give zero stars if I could. Cut and fabric - awful. Arranged return in which Evri was mentioned as an option. It took two tries for Evri to collect. Only got my refund 18 days later, after a couple of complaints. Afibel still deducted a fee for the Evri collection after all of that. Never again.

Lovely skirt
My daughter ordered this very well cut skirt.
She was happy with it, because she is petite and it’s not easy finding clothes to fit. My criticism would be the time it took to arrive after placing the order.
