I received the stems and they were well made and very pretty. Looked just like the photo

The dried florals arrived in great shape for my wedding. Packaging was very well put together and the bleached fern fronds were especially beautiful!

This Pampas grass wreath is exactly what I was looking for and the size of it is perfect. I was curious as to how it would be since the photo of it was on a white background on the site. It was better than expected!

I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by Afloral’s great customer service! I was so excited to get the plum cimicifuga ramosa leaves as I had been vying them all over influencers homes on Instagram. Unfortunately one of the branches was bent so that the wire was cut and another one had a broken stem from the packaging. I emailed customer service, as unfortunately they were sold out so I couldn’t get an exact replacement. They refunded me for all 3 stems for the inconvenience. That was very kind and unexpected.

My experience with AFloral was two fold. Unfortunately, two of the flowers did not meet my expectation ,however, the company was super at offering options, either a replacement or a refund. I would still consider using them again. I did keep the Eucalyptus stems which were really nice.

Received some items shipped in a way that caused damage and requested replacement--items were immediately replaced and sent promptly and I was very pleased with the quick turn around time

Returned the plant as it was not realistic looking and for the price spent, it was very disappointing.

The stems were lovely but the Clematis is absolutely perfect

The hydrangea, ranunculus, magnolia were excellent. The baby’s breath not so good. They were the only ones that really looked fake. All in all.I was pleased with the quality, the tracking updates and the delivery.

I ordered 6 bouquets. They were just as explained on the site and exactly what I had hoped! Shipping was fast! I plan on using these as part of the bouquets in my wedding and likely will be back to the site for more.

These faux stems are perfect! They look real, are nice and full and can be arranged to your liking!

These stems look beautiful in a vase on my kitchen island. One thing I would say is the leaf stems are not bendable so it’s difficult to arrange them like the pictures you see on social media.

A couple of the plants had one or two flowers missing which I returned and they sent me two new plants that were perfect. I was very happy.

Amazing Service and a Great Purchase.
I purchased the popular white vase with cherry blossoms. Gladly, I could locate a smaller arrangement on their Instagram and ordered the same amount of stems. It turned out perfect! I did purchase some candles that had to be reordered twice due to being received damaged, but the associates I worked within servicing the issue were amazing and helpful. Very ethical and quality company and products!
