I am so disappointed in this company
I am so disappointed in this company! The packaging of the print was damaged on both sides of the box and therefore the print has been damaged. I ordered this print as a Christmas gift to a family member and now I have nothing to give on Christmas day.
I will not recommend this company to anybody and will post this on our Gifts and More SA company and all social media platforms.
I do have photos of the damaged print and packaging should anybody wants to view them.

We will of course replace the print and get it to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we are not in control of courier handlers and in this case their service has let us down sadly.
We have already been in touch via email.

Easy to order
Easy to order , communication was good and the delivery arrives when they said it would . We made a mistake in not checking the dimensions of one picture correctly and we had wanted a landscape but instead it was portrait . So just to be aware and check before ordering

Beautiful Artwork, Bad frame
Beautiful Artwork, never disappoints. Prompt service. However, after closer inspection. The frame is bad. Colour is not raw wood, it's varnished treated pine look and the bottom plank is warped.

We will be happy to fix the warped frame. Our frames are each handcrafted and painted with a wood stain to give them this colour. We are sorry for the misinterpretation.
