I lost my password and pin to login…

I lost my password and pin to login online and African Bank couldd not help me because I live abroard and their system cueerently doesnt support non local cell numbers, fine! But then I used my visa card for some trial online purchase, and the payment went through. It onlu needed the information already on the card. AB has no card security whatsoever. Its 2026, anything can happen, I could lose my card and anyone can just access my monety. I sent them emails upon emails, the stuff really tried, but in the end nothing was helpful because its the company African Bank that does not take Card Security when online buying seriously. They responded with, "They cant help me with anything, while I am abroad" Now I have to wait with this great threat to my bank card security until I make arrangements to go home. I think its not safe for everyone using their VISA card, the card is just highly exposed to scammers. I WOULD ADVICE ANYONE TO BE AWARE AND CONSIDER OTHER SA BANKS THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT SAFETY OF YOUR FUNDS.
