Gateway time out as soon as i made payment.
I can't access the Afritele website at all.
Is this a scam?

Exam have been passed, reached out to their support team, their email address invalid, no Certificate received upon completion of My course.

Having already paid for the course, why should we pay again to take the exam and receive a certificate?

THE WORST!!! You’ll literally study, and understand the work and BUY tests a million times and they will still fail you. Don’t get me started on the support team, ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I’m so bored.

All the reviews from the people who claiming to have a positive experience are either part of the team scammers. They set you up to keep failing and false hope of a job so keep paying for the exam!!

I'm trying to find the exam to take after completing going through the study material. I cannot find the exam. Even when I click on the download certificate option there's no action being done by the system. Help!

I paid for the exam 6 times,6 TIMES and I can't believe that i failed in both can there be a way to at least do two attempts or after you repurchase twice to have two more attempts because this is hard especially when the organization want certification from you only ,plus the funds please put this into consideration and is there a way i can do apart from repurchase the exam to get another attempt and do the exam again ,i really need to secure that job

I paid twice for the exam and still failed in both, I’m wondering if they marked wrong for correct answers because I went thoroughly through the exam and in all tries I didn’t manage to get even half of the passmark💔 do they do this so that pple can buy the exam over and over again? I can’t afford to pay for another one but I really really needed this job, I honestly don’t know what to do at this point.

You cant download your certificate after completion

If I could give no stars it would be a bonus, ABSOLUTE SCAM. Both Menipay and Afritele are scammers saying they "paid" for the course and all you have to do is pay for the exam to earn the certificate before working with them. Paid for the exam 2 times having 4 tries yet still failed with the same %, what a coincidence. Somehow I managed to see the wrong and correct answers by "mistake" and noticed I was marked wrong for correct answers, when I emailed support, they said it was a browser fault and immediately when I logged in again, I was unable to see wrong and correct answers. Thats fishy.

I was assisted by Martha and she was very prompt in responding, she went above and beyond to resolve my problems.

I wrote an exam after paying an examination fee of 180 and I was told they will get back to me within 3 working days and still there is no response. I have been writing to them with no response is that professionalism or the rumours are truth that they are scammers?

The certificate helped me get a Job, its really helpful.

My experience was good he/ she was patient, helpful and kind.

I experienced some technical issues with their site & reached out for help. I appreciate the prompt response & assistance from the Customer Service Agent. My issue was resolved without having to wait for a period of time.
