DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from this shop

NEVER order online from this website.
I started by calling this shop to make sure the product was or will be available, I had the confirmation so I made a 67.40€ order and paid the 21.99€ international shipping via Flat rate on August 3, since that day and till now, almost 2 months later no answer and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING came, the website shows always my order "On Hold"
I called multiple times, they let the phone ring the most of the time and when you have the huge chance to get someone on the line, you hear the typical same answer: The guy that manage the online orders is not here, call back later, then you call back later and nobody take the phone... Multiply this by many days calling and you will get always the same treatment.
So I will say it again, DO NOT ORDER Online from this shop unless you want to loose your money without even reaching the famous mysterious "online orders guy"
