I had a disappointing experience with this company’s customer service, which completely undermined what would have otherwise been a good product.

I purchased a wig just a few months ago, and the stoppers for the “invisible lace” strap broke on both sides, making the wig impossible to secure properly. Unfortunately, this was a functional defect that made the product unusable.

I reached out to support with photos, expecting some kind of reasonable solution: replacement parts, repair guidance, something. Instead, I was told the parts are “too small” and “not cost-effective” to ship, and that I could get free replacements… only if I place another order.

So to be clear: their solution to a defective product is to ask you to spend more money... hundreds of dollars. Not only is that not support, it feels like they're creating the problem and trying to sell you the solution (buy another one).

If you’re going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind your product when something breaks. Refusing to provide a basic fix unless the customer spends more money is a bad look and raises serious concerns about quality and accountability.

I actually liked the wig, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel confident purchasing from them again.

Piece a shit company! I ordered a wig and the wig that came was different from what I order. Emailed them two days now because I want to return the trash they sent me, no response. Buy from somewhere you know you can return if don't like. Wish I had read these reviews before I purchase.

On the second wash the hair came out of the lace.
I purchased this wig in May. Initially thought this was a beautiful wig. I washed it when I received and it installed easily. After using it a couple of weeks I washed it (2nd wash) and the hair came out of the lace creating bald spots in the lace. I reached out to the company and they requested some pictures I sent the pictures and now they are not responding.
Won't buy from Afsisterwig again.

I ordered a wig from AFsister on 5/27/25 and the wig was delivered to the wrong address by FEDex. The wig never retrieved so, i reached out to AFsister wig and have yet to hear from them. No response after 3 attempts. I have lost 170.00. Do not order from this company.

The company is a scam they send me a wig that was pretty much bald and refused to take it back I paid for expedited service and they didn’t even honor that . These influencers are advertising for them when they know they are a scam..

This was a terrible experience! I bought a custom cap drawstring with hd lace wig. What I received was a a cap that was so large it had to be for an extra large head. I have a size 19 1/2 head ordered a 20 circumference. 13 ear to ear. I won’t give all the measurements, just suffice to say it was NOT a custom wig cap. So disappointed. I disputed with PayPal the company said it was just what I ordered. What a waste of money. Also terrible customer service. Buyer beware

I ordered a wig two weeks ago and never received it. I contacted the company and they answered the phone speaking a foreign language. When I contacted my credit card to dispute the charges, they were told I received the merchandise. I will never order from them again.

I received my unit and it was flawless. I did order a customized hairline. I did cut off some of the hairline to fit my face. It was an easy fix. I ordered 18 inch draw string 180% density. The wig is not overpowering in density just enough. The 13x6 part is amazing. I kept looking for tracks to show but the parting kept giving and never found any tracks which makes me think I ordered a full lace. I would definitely purchase another unit and pray it’s just as nice as this one.

Hair line was good. Lace was good

No customer service response for weeks!

This wig was bought because of an influencer who was always promoting their wigs. I realize now that influencers get the best products and/or their job is to give the products a good review. I was highly disappointed in the wig. There was so much space that you could see nothing but lace. Huge amounts of lace. I was mortified. The sad part was that wig was beautiful plucked and the hairline was realistic. But the wig itself, had to be way under 150% density. It was truly truly thin. There was no way to camouflage how thin it was. Will never ever ever purchase from them again.

The wig I bought was 24 water wave wig with an invisible band inside of it and custom color ( blond heights) , 180% density, Swiss lace. So let talk, about how I receive the package “ opened and damage”. Then the hair into smell ( fishy) and the shedding and chunks of hair, comes out!!!! Then as I look into the wig, on one of the straps for the invisible is, missing!!! So am let, Bro, how I'm suppose to tighten the wig in the back?!?😡😡. I tried reaching out to customer service, about some type of “ recompensation or refund” … I get no email or respond, back... I sent videos nd pictures. Still nothing. Before ordering this wig. I email the company and explained, my worries and concerns and explain that I need this wig for my birthday so I was left with no option but to accept the wig 😢😢😭😭. I'm so disappointed, upset, waste of my hard earn money. And guess how much I spent.…($389wig+ express shipping $32.99=$421.99)money down the drain. I wouldn't recommend this company.…

My knots were heavy bleached and the lace has single knots throughout! The hair is soft, good quality and stunning. The undetectable Swiss lace is magnificent
I ordered here before and will continue. Communication with the company was quick and there was an easy flow in conversation

This wig is beautiful!The lace is everything! The hair is soft and clean, no chemical smell. You definitely have a customer for life. I will be telling all of my friends. Thank you so much Afsisterwig!

I paid $209 for a wig. The wig color was described as normal color, it was brown not 1B. The wig has an odor that didn't go away after washing. I haven't worn the wig and probably won't. I've lost atleast 25% of the hair thus far just from combining. After washing the hair I lost even more hair. Total waste of money

The hair is great for the first month but has a (very noticeable) smell you can't get out regardless of how many times you wash it.

The hair sheds like crazy and tangles with every wash so you lose half the density after month 2 and the top starts getting bald patches.

Honestly for the price it's not worth it at ALL

I purchased a wig on June 28th, July 31st I got the wig on August 12th and the wig has massive bald spots. The hair started shedding in clumps. The wig I bought in June 28th also had the same issues. They refused to do anything about it. After I proved that I had only worn both wigs for 3 days before I noticed bald spots. $500 wasted. If you purchase through this company purchase as your own risk. I would post pictures for proof of purchase and proof of only 1 wear out of both wigs.

I received my wig from Idefine wigs a week ago. First the smell was so bad when I opened the box I closed it immediately. When I finally did look at the human hair wig short bob it wasn't the wig in the picture that I paid $129.99 for. After I washed the wig there was no curls in this unit. I will not be ordering from them again. Order placed on March 2nd (93L10284LU9352702).

Since I wrote this review Idefine Wigs have contacted me regarding my review. They are working with me to resolve my issue with my recent purchase. I Will keep you updated!

To make a lon story short Idefine Wigs have done nothing but ask me to purchase another wig and they will give me a discount, so therefore I would still be paying $100 more for a wig. I'm done if I could I would give them 0 stars. Nice pictures of cute wigs until you receive your package and it doesn't match the picture. Beware of Idefine Wigs!

This wig smells so bad that I put the box and wig in my garage. I reached out to Afsisterwig.com and asked how best to shampoo the wig because of the foul odor. Afsisterwig advised me to look on YouTube for a tutorial on wig care. I asked for information on returning the wig and was told there would be a 28% restocking fee. The stench coming from this wig makes me wonder if the donor was dead!🤬

OMG THIS PEOPLE MADE ME PAY $32 FOR 2-3 DAYS SHIPPING N LIED TO ME THAT I WILL GET MY HAIR ON TIME N I JUST CHECKED TRACKING N IT SAYS IT WILL ARRIVE IN 7 DAYS AM FURIOUS
