I had a very bad experience ordering a prom dress from after-nine.com. Shipping took several weeks, and when it arrived, it was the wrong color and of very poor quality. It didn't even have a company logo tag, just a simple care tag sewn into the side seam. The company was slow to respond and would only offer us store credit, no a full refund. We literally had to negotiate several times to get them up to a 60% refund of our original payment. Even though it was their fault, they insisited that we would need to ship the item back to China at our own expense for a full refund, though the dress shipped from an address in the US. We settled for the 60% and will send this undesirable dress to the thrift store. Buyer beware, do NOT order from this company.

Do not purchase from this company. As per the other review, a highly negative experience. The item received was not the item I ordered and the company have refused to provide a full refund to my account and suggested I keep the dress, accept a store credit or pay for my item to be returned to their office in China at my own cost. THIS SITE IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I spent over £80 on a dress for a wedding, and waited ages and finally an order came in a horrible plastic bag and it was nothing like the dress I ordered. I sent an email and heard back over a week later and they would not offer me a refund. They wouldn't even give me a return label to get a refund. I am still battling them now trying to get my money back. But do not buy from this site.
