Good services, professional support, more friendly than on other web sites, nice to have and stable when price does not make a difference for you. Go get them :) My missing star is because the price matter for me and for others too probably. If you don;t care about the price, consider i put there 5 stars :)
You pay a low price for a quality VPS, and I've experienced free upgrades twice.
I write to support for a couple of questions, I get a very well described answer within 10 minutes. (I just wrote one and got a answer in less than 2 minutes on a sunday :O)
