Delivery time and communication with the lovely staff were quick and seamless. The rig itself if an absolute dream and is running finer than I could have hoped for. Can’t recommend Aftershock PC’s enough!

I bought the FLOW: LVL 4 as a gift for my son, and it has absolutely exceeded all expectations. The build quality is excellent, and the performance is phenomenal — the Ryzen 5 7500F paired with the NVIDIA RTX 5060 delivers smooth, responsive gameplay at both 1080p and 1440p. Every game he plays now runs flawlessly, and he’s officially the king of the hill when it comes to performance and output among his friends!
A huge shout-out to Aftershock PC’s customer service team — they were incredible from start to finish. Their communication, support, and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Very informative instore staff and fast return communication to online queries. Communication could be more proactive when there are delays to advised turnaround (rather than customer needing to reach out to ask for updates) but generally responses from team were helpful and provided promptly.

Great service and quality build but why in all things holy did you change the black and white motherboard to an orange and white instead of the original one ordered…..just why.

Customer service was fantastic. They kept me up to date on the status of my order and their testing process found a faulty part which was replaced before they shipped it out. The PC has been running great and the performance is fantastic!

The biggest thing that's stood out to me about Aftershock is the responses and help that I received during my build. I had so many questions and queries about the different builds and products to put in them. The answer I got back were not only speedy, but super helpful and more importantly did not at all push for spending more money. Instead they are focussed on you as a customer and what works for you! Can highly recommend this company and if you ever come in to contact with Natalie be ready to have all your worries squashed.

Bought my first Aftershock PC a few years ago. Never skipped a hardware beat. Software, yes, but you can't control for that. Software breaks. The kit never did.

Perhaps I got lucky, though I prefer to think of it more like risk mitigation. Buy garbage. Get garbage. Buy good. Git gud (as they say).

Going around again. Time will tell but feeling confident.

I have had a wonderful experience with aftershock pc. The order process was straightforward and easy and I was notified each step of the delivery process.
The pc was well built and I'm very very happy. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Great service in store, I was giving a upgraded keyboard as one was not available on pickup. The chamber LVL 8 9070tx work amazing and was very easy to set up.

After a little mix up with my order being placed in custom build rather than ready to ship, I received my stealth with 5090rtx.
Runs without much noise at all, absolutely stoked I chose this over alternatives I was looking into.

Great customer service, quick delivery time and competitive pricing.

This was the first time in my life I had a pre-built computer shipped to me and so yeah was a bit nervous expecting a broken computer or loose parts inside the rig from shipping.

But none of that happened, Aftershock PC packed the rig tight, had solid foam packaging in the rig and once I removed them, I just checked over the parts and no loose parts, consider me very impressed and box rig was packed in was tight and secured by foam packaging so next rig will not hesistate to have shipped again, I am still very impressed as was expecting issues having a rig shipped but instead got it and all was ok and plugged in good to go and have been running it for over a week with no issues.

LOVE my new rig, def best PC shop I have used and will buy my next rig from Aftershock PC, top parts used and reliable.
