Im always scared when buying pc parts online due to past experiences but aftershock took great care when prepping the pc for shipping. Loads of foam and everything secure. 10/10 would recommend.

As an animator specific hardware is a must, Aftershock have built me a rig fit for purpose, the HAL 9000!

The range of options was fantastic, and the prices were so competitive. Not only could we buy a powerful unit, it would have had very fast delivery (I think we were told 4-5 business days). It arrived the next day! Will certainly be back in a couple of months for a laptop now.

Right from first time I found Aftershock PC after looking at many other companies I settled for Aftershock especially after reading all their great reviews. I had no hesitation buying a custom build machine which I absolutely love. The sales were great with enormous savings. Updates on the build status where sent to my mobile and the delivery was spot on. Packaging was very carefully done.

So quick ,love it. Computer came perfectly packed, easy to start. Great service, I will def buy from them moving forward.

The customisation and the chat support online at start were good enough that made me decide to fulfil my dream PC.
The setup and the looks of PC were so satisfying and easy.
Overall a great service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Edit: all issues have been fixed and computer is running great

the PC is great so far, it looks great, there was no damage during shipping or anything

how ever there are a few things that that could be done better

1. when the PC arrived i found that 2 of the back plates were not screwed in so they could have fell out during shipping, thank goodness it did not fall out

2. the sata cables were not plugged in to the motherboard so i had to figure out why i could not get my drives to work

3. 1 of the fans might be slightly broken but that could be due to shipping

so just a few small things but over all i would say pretty good and enjoying the new computer

My experience was made great by the service provided by Jackson. Jackson provided regular updates around my build which i found incredibly useful as this PC will be my first ever.
I will be sure to give my best recommendation of Aftershock once i peer pressure my mates into following me in switching over from console.

I was given troubleshooting instructions to attempt to fix my pc, which were very helpful. Communication was professional and friendly. It was easy to contact support and had a few options available if one didn't suit me.
