Good Customer Service and Timely Order Update

I recently started a live chat to inquire about the status of my order, and I am happy with the excellent customer service. Fitri responded promptly and addressed all of my concerns in professional manner. Not only did Fitri provide helpful information, but they also offered me an estimated timeline for my order, which gave me peace of mind.

Having a smooth service experience from…

Having a smooth service experience from Zhaf and team! Zhaf has been prompt and extremely helpful with his response.

He is able to communicate effectively and pinpoint the issue of my pc. He also went extra mile and gave a clear direction of which spare part to go for to replace the faulty one.

Whole process from dropping laptop in the service center to resolution.

Great Service

Hilmi was really helpful in helping me answer questions i had about porting over my SSDs from my current Aftershock PC to the new one I was considering getting. I've always gotten my PCs from Aftershock, and their service has just been top notch. Will always trust them to handle everything needed for my workstation.
Even my current PC has been a workhorse for about 5 years with minimal issues. :)
Thanks Hilmi for your assistance and patience! It really put my mind at ease knowing what i could or could not be done for my new system.

First purchase from Aftershock

Preordered during anti valentine sales and it came within 7 working days, way faster than the expected period. Everything looking good, and also good customer service even after office hours. Thank you very much Aftershock team.
