I didn't realize when I started a trial for Aftershoot that Lightroom is required to export photos so you can get them as a useable JPEG. The customer service team were able to get me access to the beta to download JPEG directly. It took some back and forth with the staff to understand that to optimize the downloads I had to download to a hard drive (not another cloud location) and had to do it in batches of 150 or less. The staff really hung with me through my frustration and kept coming back to ensure the process was finally working. I'm happy to report it did and I'll be subscribing! Thanks Aftershoot Customer Service team!

Aftershoot has honestly been a game changer for me. What used to take me hours (and so much energy) now takes a fraction of the time, and it’s such a relief after long wedding days. The AI does an amazing job picking the best moments, so I can focus on the creative side instead of getting lost in thousands of images. It feels like having a smart assistant who really understands my workflow. I genuinely don’t know how I worked without it before — it made my life so much easier.

This is a company that is extremely USER focused. They listen, the respond, they help, they inovate and they support. I had a serious problem with my user profiles and they answered me on a Saturday NIGHT. Solved the issue in 5 minutes. Can't recommend this software enought. If you need to cull and edit swiftly and accurately - this is the software to use. Thank you!

I will have to say, when it comes to Aftershoot, the culling/editing/retouching program, the support team has always been stellar. Not only are they incredibly pleasant, but they go out of their way to see what can be done to resolve any issues, be it their experience, collaboration with their dev team or getting on a Zoom call to directly address issues. Over the last few years I have worked with Adrian, John, and Steve?, and always know my issues will be, if not always directly addressed, approached with care and urgency. Please keep up the great work!

Joaquin was simply fabulous. I had been frustrated all day getting my Lightroom Classic photos into Aftershoot. I was also frustrated because my Zoom account was not working well. After several failed attempts, and plenty of Good Will from Joaquin, he JUST CALLED ME on his PERSONAL CELL PHONE. And we worked together for nearly an hour on his PERSONAL CELL PHONE. It all ended happily. I now know how to get photos from Lightroom Classic into Aftershoot for Culling and Editing, back into LR Classic and ready to go to my client. Joaquin is a fabulous representative of your company. He needs to be nurtured for future responsibility. He understands how to explain things and how to treat a customer.

Very nice program, helpful in editing large amount of photos! Been using them for a while and it has saved me a huge amount of time in culling and editing!

Reached out to them via the built-in chat feature on the program, then very quickly a real person came online and started assisting me with my concerns.

My bank for some reason is declining payments to them so I lost my promo subscription, but then the support guy very kindly returned the credits I should have got from the promo back to my account.

Very friendly and prompt, real-time responses as well! Not to mention im on a different timezone!

I've been using the tool for about a year and a half, and it's been a game-changer in my work. It saves me a lot of time on selection and editing, not to mention the cost of the tool, which is cheaper than maintaining an employee monthly, and I don't need to train a new employee periodically, plus I can use it on more than one computer.

The support is always very kind and efficient; I've always been able to get all my questions answered and resolve any problems I might have.

I have used aftershoot for nearly 2 years now and I noticed for the last 4 months i was payinf for 2 subscriptions and i messaged through the live chat and they instantly fixed it. offered me either a refund or 4 months free subscription, canceled the second sub all within 5 minutes. Amazing customer service and fast.

This program has greatly shortened my time editing an event, especially the part of selecting photos, then editing them. I just look over them a little more in Lightroom and delete what is not ok and everything is done. I was most impressed by the part of cleaning the photos, it does an excellent job.

...then it is too good to be true. The program crashed on me 4 separate times and would not cull my images. I wasted a ton of time waiting for it to not work. Highly disappointed and very frustrated.

First off customer service is great! They always are speedy with response and down to help in anyway. I love their program. It takes the hassles out of my photography business. I have used them for over a year now and have nothing bad to say. I recommend to anyone truly wanting a seamless experience and their time back!
