Really great company really good communication when you've got a problem with the software. They're very quick to respond. I think this year has been the best year for aftershoot the software is running really well and is definitely sped up my workflow. I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys.

Aftershoot’s customer service is incredibly responsive, patient, diligent, and genuinely helpful - they consistently go above and beyond (even when the issue turns out to be user error… oops). I would’ve been lost this season without the speed and sanity their culling service alone has given me. Absolute game-changer.

Absolutely first class customer support. I had a complex query in relation to my account and Steve from Aftershoot was extremely helpful in helping me resolve the issue which was as a result of an error by me. Nonetheless, Steve assisted me in identifying the issue.

Customer service is brilliant. Have been using AS for over a year now and it's helping so much with editing. We were due to renew around the time of the Black Friday deals and so I was hoping we'd be able to get a discount on our renewal. I spoke to a member of staff called Adrian and they were super helpful had it sorted in under 5 minutes.

Ritik was very helpful in quickly resolving an issue I had with clearing the program’s cache files. Once you know how, it’s actually very straightforward, but they were patient and walked me through all the necessary steps. Highly recommend Aftershoot!

After shoot has saved me sooo much time in culling! I love that it groups together the duplicates and picks the best one as I’m known to be an overshooter and will have 5 of almost the exact same photo. With their newest update it’s gotten so much better at picking the good photos and leaving the bad ones aside. Saves me having to go through each individual photo myself.

I've been using Aftershoot for a year now and I'm super happy with it. The software saves me an incredible amount of time and makes my culling workflow so much easier. Even though I don't always agree with every selection and still go through most photos myself, the way Aftershoot organizes everything — duplicates, closed eyes, blurred shots, etc. — makes the whole process far more efficient and transparent.
The customer support has also been fantastic: quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question.
