While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. The most intentional productivity app ever made. Get more done with behavioural science and AI personalised to you. Productive people are getting less done than ever. The average knowledge worker gets fewer than 3 hours of genuine focused work done each day. The rest disappears into meetings, context switching, and tools that promised to help but added more to manage. AI has accelerated every part of this — more noise, more content, less thinking. This means missed opportunities, stolen weekends, and a growing gap between effort and output. With Aftertone, this changes. Aftertone is the most intentional productivity app ever made. Built on behavioural science and AI personalised to how you work, it combines task management, time blocking, and focus mode in a single native Mac app — and then tells you honestly how your week actually went. Most productivity tools either manage your tasks or manage your calendar. Very few do both well, and almost none tell you anything useful about how your week actually went. Aftertone does all three. The AI is woven into every part of the product but never asks for your attention. It turns a wall of text into structured tasks, tags and organises your work automatically, surfaces the right next task at the right moment, and compiles a precise account of your week — flow sessions, peak day, time drift — without ever interrupting the work itself. The result is 6 more hours of focused work every week. Used by founders, developers, consultants, and operators who take the quality of their output seriously. People who have tried Motion, Todoist, Sunsama, and Notion and want something that compounds rather than plateaus. Independently owned. No venture capital. No investor roadmap. Built by a small team in Manchester who use it every day. The roadmap is driven by users, not a board deck. Features include task management, time blocking, AI task generation, focus mode, auto project tagging, kanban planning, keyboard-first planning, recurring tasks, Google Calendar sync, weekly performance reports, daily email reports, and flow session tracking.
