Darren is a lovely friendly young man he took the time to listen to me And understand the problem that I was having with my Door and made sure that everything was secure and I was happy.

Darren is a polite and friendly person. I asked him to carry out 2 jobs which he did in a short space of time. I would highly recommend him.

Daniel contacted us promptly follow our job posting. Very professional in booking a visit to fix a broken door handle/lock. Darren arrived within the agreed time slot having called ahead. He was informative, dishing out handy tips for maintenance throughout. He thought on his feet to come up with a creative solution. He was very pleasant and gave us the most cost effective fix leaving us with a fully functioning door again. All in all a fabulous 5* service. We'd use them again and would recommend to others.

Darren was helpful and kept us informed through the process. He was polite and made conversation with people in the house. He explained how the handle works and to be gentle when using the door.

It was a fantastic & amazing to see come to house fix my door lock, the service he offered me was extremely professional and high standard, polite and gentle man, the service I have had today was remarkable and I will for ever appreciate it and will recommend all people around me.

Darren called me prior to coming and asked if it was ok to arrive earlier. That was fine by me. He was wearing a mask and gloves. He was very friendly and professional. Every time he had to go to his van he would always ask if it was ok to come back in. This gesture was very courteous. He knew what he was doing and I would 100% recommend him for any locksmith jobs.

Had my locks changed , Darren was very polite , kind and talkative. He also called 2hrs before arrival to give an estimate on what time he would arrive and called once he was on his way. Would definitely recommend him
