Is anyone ever in the office? No one is answering the phone nor responding to my email.

Great service and product. Xbox series x. Speedy delivery in time for our son's birthday. Came without a charger but they dispatched a new charge immediately with no fuss and it arrived the next day. Great service.

Ordered Xbox series X on Friday received it on Monday. 0 issues with box presentation, Xbox looks as no marks or dints or scratches, slight issue with having no lead to connect to TV but we endeavour, and controller colour is white which contrasts with black, but once again no issues with controller, all buttons work it’s in perfect nic.
The best thing about this was the customer service, I replied to a text id received at 8.30am (me texting them) and they replied with a few minutes was excellent. Emailed about tv lead and controller and they once again replied within a few minutes.
So ones to note, they don’t normally ship Xbox’s with a tv lead, you get the Xbox, controller, and power lead. But to be honest, it was 319.99 when I paid for it, I didn’t have to pay for shipping or postage it arrived within 3 days and was at least 30 quid cheaper than its nearest refurb online and in some cases 70 quid cheaper. That’s plenty to get a HDMI lead if you don’t already own one.
So yes I’d give them 4.8/5 stars, haven’t checked again online not sure if it says comes with out lead, but price and customer service more than make up for this

Cannot fault the company. The customer service has been fantastic we did order a xbox series x for my sons birthday to find it kept turning off mid game. So we contacted the company and they sent a upgraded replacement very quickly and it has not been a problem would 100% reccomend this company

Used aftrmarket to trade my gaming pc. Had a few concerns after delivery was left with a neighbouring business, and couldn’t get a reply Saturday. Then was contacted Sunday and told all good, parcel is safe and will be collected first thing Monday. 11 am Monday was asked to send details, money was in my account 5mins later.

Can I just say. this place is definitely not a scam ! I thought I made a mistake after purchasing as nobody was answering or getting back to me but their system was down. I bought a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra for a really good price and it works absolutely fine. Definitely will recommend this store. Happy customer

I had my doubts at first, but this is a really good company to buy refurbished technological goods from. I bought an Xbox Series X and it came in good condition, and wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap, and with all the other cables and a controller, which is stated on the website. It's also helpful you have the 'Shop' app as it is partnered with them so it's easier to track your package, so you know what's going on. Thank you very much Aftrmarket, I definitely will recommend you to friends and family and for my purchases in the future.

I received a iPhone 13 and a laptop. Unfortunately the laptop had a keyboard problem but the customer service was fantastic and a solution was quickly found. I would definitely use aftrmarket again

The camera is excellent. The price I paid is also very good. It took a little while to get here. I was a tad disappointed to find that the camera and single battery was it. No charger included. Such is life. I would most definitely use aftrmarket again and would recommend them. Close to a 5 but not quite

The product was delivered quickly and well wrapped. Controller was faulty. AftrMarket were happy to swap out for a new one. Decent products and excellent customer service. Will be using them again. 👌

Great service purchased a Nikon 24-120 camera lens very competitive price arrived in 3 days arrived as described,will wrapped will use again.

I needed the lens fairly quickly so emailed to see if it could be dispatched asap. I got an instant reply to say it had just been taken to the post office so would be with me hopefully the next day .. it was 👍 lens is in fantastic condition and very happy with everything.
