My session with agapi.uk was truly unique and interesting. Natalia takes such a useful mix of techniques, and she made me feel comfortable from the start. Then vagal exercises and body work followed before delving deeper into the issue. Inner child work with deep respect and patience helped to get in touch with a younger part in connection with the issue. She made sure to leave me feeling regulated and safe at the end of the session with tips and helpful information. I can really recommend working with her.
My two sessions with Natalia were refreshing and very healing for me. She uses a mixture of techniques that work with the mind, body, and spirit.
