Only down side was it took at least a month extra to deliver the goods compared to the initial estimate supplied.

We recently moved from Canada to India and after lot of research we decided to avail Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. services. The reason to go ahead with APML was purely based on the fact that once the shipment arrives India it will be easy to work with customs, duty etc as the Indian team will know all the processes very well.
I have to say that APML's Indian team under Shubham Dixit's leadership was very cordial and professional to work with. From the first welcome email till the end Shubham kept us informed about what to expect next. From his team, Karan(Supervisor) made sure that all our important documents collected are handed over safely and was present at the time our cargo was delivered to ensure that the staff does their job in the right way from unloading to unpacking the items.
The reason why I have rated my review as 4 stars is because of Shubham and Karan, else the beginning of our experience with APML Canada was not very good. Due to which I lost my faith in APML' service but Shubham and Karan pulled back really well. Mr. Ish Chowdhary from APML Canada team made multiple commitments in relation to the delivery timeline of the shipment, documentation, custom charges etc., that turned out to be incorrect. However, APML India team under Shubham picked up the slack really well and salvaged the entire situation.

They charge a premium for their brand value but their services are just like any other packer and mover services. My Father was a very passionate man and an artist and loved to possess the most exclusive paintings and show pieces from around the world. So when we had to relocate, we went for Agarwal Packers and Movers to keep our belongings safe. The labor and team of 4-5 people was same as any other service. There was no supervisor to oversee the shifting. So the premiumness was always missing. Our shifting took 3 rounds and 3 days. Labor did all the work. Unpacking could not be done the same day, as we were also tired by the end of the day. And thereafter it never happened. They never offered. There were breakages which was least expected. We did not even try for the claim as we knew their compensation will be peanuts compared to the value of the pieces. Regular mover and packer services at a premium price. Extremely disappointed.

I am very happy with APML services. With APML, I could move my stuffs easily across the country. They are very professional and provide updates on your shipment diligently. All items were well packed and received without any damage.

Archita who called me on 11-Nov and discussed about my claim settlement, mentioned she will get back to me today but there is no update. On writing to her as well, there is no revert. She mentioned that she will get back to me on the following first 3 points mentioned below. But as usual unprofessionalism at it's extreme.
1. Extra charges charged to me for 16 feet cube, and my items were delivered in 11 feet cube. No one is considering this fact.
2. Charges bourn by me for hard crockery boxes which were not used in my consignment. Charges for fragile tags which were not used during my consignment.
3. Hotel stay and food charges from 6-Nov to 8-Nov (3 days), due to delayed delivery at your end and consignment had no movement for 4 days in Indore hub, until I escalated about the same.
This 4th point below is a complaint again the person who called me on 11-Nov from your Pune APML office and argued with me from mobile number +91 78755 47127 behaved rudely because after seeing the pictures and videos he said the claim amount is a lot and he can only pay 5000/- as per policy and even after sharing actual videos and pictures taken during the delivery with their delivery person in the video and they also spoke to Sanjeet who mentioned will initiate claim process after seeing the extent of damage caused, they are adamant to visit my place and asking me written slips from carpenters mentioning the damage is not repairable. Is a person sensible enough to understand when the doors of the almirah itself is not opening and the base of the almirah is broken plus the almirah is already tilted on one side they do not understand the extent of damage. This is how unprofessional they are. No use of paying for insurance as well to APML as they do not pay you after damages caused by their team after mishandling items. I would suggest do not go with APML the Man with the cap for your shifting purposes.
This person is really unbelievably rude and non-cooperating and behind me saying he cannot compensate more than 5000/-.

Highly un-organized, damaged and missing items.
1. Mandatory 100% advance payment - No accountability
2. So many sales people on-ground - None from Customer Service when there is damage
3. Packing guys are hired on daily wage basis just like any other local Mover and Packer, who will give you a long list to declare value with quite a few missing items so you won't get anything when there is damage
4. Insurance is a Fraud, they just don't do it
5. While packing is good, they lost all my TV and Furniture screws
6. Car movement didn't had any issues except there is hardly any update

The company did a good job of packing for our international move. Despite their best efforts, there were some damages. But the insurance paid out for it. Throughout the process, their team kept informing me if the status. Much appreciated support.

Quick and continuous support from both Sales Team Mr. Jerry Fernandes and Support team Ms. Pranali Lad in dispatching material from India ( Mumbai) to Australia was fantastic.

Senseless packing. The bike keys which I gave them went missing. Damaged printer because of mishandling by apml guys.
Falsely advertising quoting they would use secured TV packaging, separate containers for glass and plant movers, but was not followed.
They fraudulently filled items with low value, when we asked why they mentioned it's just for sake and insisted us to sign. We claimed for damaged items and because of low value mentioned they are giving lesser amount back to us.
No commitment to time, pickup truck came way late. False promises of early delivery.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Aggarwal Movers and Packers. Their unethical, unprofessional, and harassing behavior has caused me significant financial loss and emotional distress.

Initially, they provided incorrect and incomplete information regarding customs duties, leading to exorbitant charges that I was forced to pay. Now, they are refusing to process my insurance claim for a 75-inch TV that they damaged during the move.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including reaching out to the owner, Mr. Goel, I have received no response or assistance. The employees I have spoken to have been unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns.

I strongly advise anyone considering Aggarwal Movers and Packers to avoid their services at all costs. Their unethical practices and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unacceptable choice for any moving needs.

Warning to all!
I hired APML (Agarwal Packers and Movers) for my recent move within India of my household shifting and 2nd International shipment from India to Singapore. Had paid premium price believing APML is market leader was a BIG MISTAKE, they took double the time.

They terribly failed to deliver on time and its been an extremely painful process of consistent chasing (literally!)

For Within Delivery- We were promised on-time delivery from Bangalore within 2 weeks from pick-up date of our stuff by Arvind Singh Sales representative. In the week of promised delivery date, APML representative Raghvendra Tiwari (7428230834) and his team continued to falsely claim to our parents (who were at receiving address) that delivery would be done next day, however this exchange of calls, message continued for over a week with no delivery. RM was assigned Naveen Kumar (9599126664) who was completely absent from the situation.

When their Truck finally arrived it was all "EMPTY" and delivery guys were "clueless" why their own truck was empty. Hence, proving that basic pre-check whether the right boxes are there weren't being done. After missing the delivery deadline, and post several email exchanges they finally spill the beans that our boxes are "STILL AT THE PICK-UP CITY EVEN AFTER 3 WEEKS & HAVEN'T BEEN MOVED". It was a big shocker to hear this as the committed delivery date had already passed. Their Escalation Manager's contact details were denied to us for many days from their team, call center. Everyone in APML were clueless on the reason for this massive delay. Even when their delivery manager Vaibhav Gupta (vaibhav.gupta agarwalpackers.com) was looped in email it took several follow ups, email exchanges to get out stuff delivered.

Their customer service, their official escalation managerial points were absolutely unhelpful to take swift measures, and I'm left with no choice but to take my complaint public and create awareness of the terrible quality of service.

Its evident, APML entire logistics system is in a jeopardy, false claims, straight lies. They don't care about customer's circumstances and the ongoing challenges of someone when they are moving cities.

The international shipment when delivered our boxes they had moisture and were stinking in all clothes, each and every piece of cloth has to be washed. You can imagine washing every piece in a house in a situation when you have just moved countries.

**Terrible Service and Misleading Promises - Avoid Agarwal Movers and Packers!**

I had a very disappointing experience with Agarwal Movers and Packers. I booked a consignment from Tinsukia to Navi Mumbai, and the representative assured me that it would reach its destination within 2 weeks. However, even after 2 weeks, the consignment hasn't even traveled one-fifth of the distance!

When I reached out to their customer care, it was a nightmare. They were completely clueless about the status of my consignment and were unable to give me any commitment on when it would be delivered—some even suggested it might take over 2 months!

Their website is misleading, showing inaccurate information, and their customer service is a joke. They kept putting me on hold, never called back, and after waiting for 8-10 minutes each time, I ended up disconnecting out of sheer frustration.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using Agarwal Movers and Packers. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable company!

I booked my consignment for KSA - All items is purchased based on the confirmation for there international expert executive.
After moving the utility boxes - they charged me Rs.1.46 Lacks , whole the payment is done by me - after clearing the payment they told me some of the boxes ( Spices and snacks ) will not go.
to get the refund i am facing lots of problem from whole the tea, is APML.
They started consignment on 3rd Aug 24 during that time ask me to reach KSA in 10 - 12 days but will be reach there after 28 days.
There Executives are fail to give proper guidance to me hence I lost my Rs 37000.
The whole consignment i did almost 65 + mail conversation and whats app - this is very much HEDECH for me.
The whole the consignment i personnely followup every day - also facing they did not attend me to know the status.
some time i feel the APML is CHITTING WITH ME .
Afterv involvin there senior person , the consignment process is over but at the LOSS OF My Rs 37000.
After reaching the consignment at KSA , Some of the items are found damaged.
Also lots of spices and snacks are found destroying condition after reaching at Baroda home.
I NEVER RECOMOND THIS UNTRUSTED BRAND FOR COURIER - AGRAWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS ARE VERY VERY BED AND HOPELESS SERVICE PROVIDER - I GIVE 100 % NEGETIVE MARK.
