If I could give less stars I would

If I could give less stars I would. This company is a total scam. They will not answer phone calls or emails. They don’t ship your product. Find somewhere else to buy your product unless you want to give your money away

AgeComfort is about making old people uncomfortable

Placed an order, and waited for delivery. Got notification at 6pm...it would be delivered between 6:30 and 10:30 Pm. I am a senior, in an apartment building with bad knees, and severe COPD. Driver called at 10:15pm telling me the boxes are between the doors downstairs in the lobby. When I contacted the company, the customer service people told me, their delivery people won't do it again. My point is....it should never have happened in the first place. NEVER doing business with them again, shame on them...only about the money...who cares about safety or security of the seniors.

Worst company ever!

This place is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have a shipping policy with Canada post that is “Do not safe drop” which to Canada post means do not deliver! I live in a high rise condo building and they won’t deliver here if that option is selected. They expect me to go miles from my home and bring back a box myself that weighs over 20 pounds. What are they smoking? I asked them nicely to not select this option and they did it anyway. That’s their “policy” as crazy as it is. So now I’m not getting my box and it has to be returned to them for a refund. I will never order from them again! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place!

Product returned, no refund issued :(

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Further to below: They allowed me to return the product and now they are not refunding my money. They have the product and my money.
Stay away from Age Comfort.
I wanted to order a commode for my elderly father. It was advertised with a 12 qt bucket, whereas most other commodes come with only a 7 qt bucket. I emailed the company to verify the size of the bucket and they confirmed it was 12 qt. I ordered the commode and when it arrived, sure enough, the bucket was only 7 qt. I emailed the company again and they agreed to let me return the product since it is not as advertised. They have now ghosted me. And the product description has not been corrected.
Be careful who you do business with. I now have a commode that I overpaid $30 for and it will cost me another $40+ to buy the correct size bucket.

digital ear thermometer…

Purchased a digital ear thermometer that clearly does not work. Merchant should never have sold this in 1st place. Cost $40 and I'm responsible to pay return shipping of almost $20. Over time as more and more people do on-line shopping more people will gravitate to companies like Amazon which would have immediately issued a credit and advised me to toss the product. Companies with zero customer service will not survive. Nor should they.
