HUGE mess up. WORST logistics experience

HUGE mess up. I placed an order(8 items) from sklum (big mistake) in October and according to tracking the shipment has been with agediss since 12 December. they messed up 1 delivery by misplacing one item ( my sofa) and another 7 are no where to be tracked. neither agediss nor sklum has been responding to my request for status of my order, over a month. sklum simply points to tracking information and agediss does not respond to inquiry. Please consider the stress you are putting on customer by simply keeping them in the dark .

Fraudsters/delays/zero communication

WORST COMPANY EVER!

They keep on spamming me every single day for 30 days now via text message. I have not asked for any of this and don’t want to have any business with these guys. In total they sent me more than 70 text messages by now. I have asked more than 10 times in writing to be removed from any of their records or data bases and asked NEVER TO BE CONTACTED AGAIN.

Five star - to be recommended!

Finally a courrier company that does what it is tasked to do, in the most efficient manner. Regular messages with updates about time slots and delivery on time. Courteous and efficient delivery person. I would most definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

Completely Inconsistent Communication and Poor Tracking

I am extremely dissatisfied with Agediss and the poor service I’ve received. The communication has been completely inconsistent and unprofessional.

On the SAME day, at the SAME hour, I received contradictory emails from Agediss. One email, written in French, stated that they had not received my parcel from SKLUM and three other emails in English stating that my parcel had already been handed over to German Hermes for delivery. This confusion was compounded when, a few days later, after contacting Hermes and being told they hadn’t received anything, Agediss informed me that my parcel had been handed over to their Belgian platform.

Their responses to my emails always follow the same template, with no real details or helpful information. I have not been able to track my parcel on their website either; I always receive an error message or a note saying that my order doesn’t exist.

The lack of clarity, inconsistency, and the failure to provide any meaningful customer service are unacceptable.

Fraudsters

I have been waiting for my delivery since 18 December. The company I ordered from informed me on 18 December that they had handed over the delivery and that the shipping company had sent me a tracking number. I never received an email, no tracking number, nothing. When I have checked with the company I ordered from, they have given me a tracking link, each time it says critical error. As of today, the company I ordered from tells me the parcel has been delivered. I have NEVER been contacted by Agediss. Of course there is no way to contact Agediss. I ordered from Sklum, the delivery number there is HXUVXQEHU. I am beginning to feel compelled to take legal actions.

Agediss: the absolute worst

Our delivery from Divani Store (tracking nr DS2751DE_2319) has been sitting at the local depot since 5 December 2024.

To date, customer service has responded only once to our emails - on 18 December 2024 - to say that our delivery would be handed over to the local German Hermes delivery service in a few days. That has not happened (confirmed locally with Hermes) and now we have nothing but absolute silence from Agediss. There’s also no telephone number for customer service so you just have to keep sending emails that never receive a response.

The delivery is a bed for my son who has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since we moved at the beginning of November (there was a delay in production of the bed too).

Basically, Agediss are incompetent and an absolute disgrace. We didn’t choose them, Divani Store did, but we will definitely avoid Agediss in the future - as should all retailers who value happy customers.

Still waiting of my delivery

This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried contacting your support multiple times, behind the tracking link is an blocked / error message so no information!

My package was sent on December 7 via Sklum, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 days. It is now January 3rd so I am waiting nearly an month for the delivery

Worst communication ever...

This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried contacting your support multiple times, but it’s impossible to reach anyone.

My package was sent on December 17th, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 days. It is now January 3rd—that’s 17 days past the maximum delivery window! Yes, I understand that it was the holiday season, but that’s no excuse for the complete lack of communication.

The fact that you seem to only respond here is very telling.

Agediss don’t even deserve one star

Agediss don’t even deserve one star. first it has taken Sklum over a month to dispatch my furniture, Agediss have had my parcel for delivery since the 27th of November and I am still yet to receive it. They do not respond to emails, the French number had no information, the Belgian number does not work and I have no idea where my furniture is. Absolute worst delivery service, if I ever do receive my furniture I will not be using them ever again in the future.

Avoid this company. Worst service ever

For the second time I made a delivery appointment with them. For the second time they did not show up! First time they said they lost my product. Second time I had to call hem myself and I was told that they had a technical issue with their system. This seems to be a daily thing happening to them. The lady on the phone was not friendly at all and said she had to hang up and had no time for me. This company is so worthless!!!! Please try to avoid them. They don't care about good service at all.

One of the worst experiences handling deliveries ever

Multiple times no show of delivery, multiple times disconnected when calling. All in all lost 3 full hours of my life listening to the jingle and still no solution. In this day, it is baffling how an organization can be so bad in doing something so simple.

Terrible and slow service

Just terrible

Just terrible! After the first cancelled delivery with no phone call or email to announce us, the reschedule date was exactly the same experience. Wasted half a day just to tell us, after we called them, that the order wasn't even picked up from the warehouse. Unacceptable!

Do not use them

Order through Maisons du Monde. The driver passed my building, I was downstairs so saw it in real time, after which the tracking marked that it had been delivered. Customer service is non-existant; after two attempts to reach the customer care by phone (35mins and 50mins on line) they automatically hanged up on me both times. Seeing this amount of unprofessionalism from a company is an achievement on it’s own. I had to contact Maisons du Monde to ask them to contact Agediss. In this time and age, this should not happen. They have my e-mail, my number. They choose to waste a client’s time, … four hours for nothing. This makes me angry, disappointed, sad.
