Only joined recently but, on the face of it, they seem to be a reasonable and transparent company. I haven't made a withdraw yet but there are no complaints that I've seen.
I was concerned that they are not registered with the Ontario Securities Commission so I asked them about this. Their response was quick and seemed reasonable; they told me they are not required to register because they don't deal in securities. OK, might be true, I don't know enough about the subject. Anyway, for now I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see how things develop.
I really hope they are what they say they are, but experience has shown that it pays to be constantly cautious with these platforms. Always assume the worst is my motto....

So far their platform has been great. The customer support is very quick to respond (within their business hours of course), and for any small questions they have assisted me. I can exchange currencies and withdraw them to my external wallet without any problems. For any new platforms you do your due diligence. So I did ask questions before I did anything to make sure I understood the process correctly (thought it is quite straight forward). Easy to use. Profits gained every day as per the plan I chose, and no issues in withdrawing them.
