I appreciate the excellent customer service that Ageless grace has. The fit of one of my items wasn't perfect, so they provided a seamless way for me to exchange the item. It's rare to have personalized service in the way that they provided it. I would definitely shop here again, just based on that alone.
The shoes which I ordered Deliza - Orthopaedic, were of a poor quality make. The insole is of a styrofoam material. There is no mention of what the outer material is made of.
Shoes were shipped from China.
I requested to return shoes and to receive a full refund. This was their reply;
"International return shipping from Australia to China typically costs between AUD $45 and $85, depending on the carrier, parcel weight and service selected. Customs fees may also apply."
Another option is to receive a 15% cash back refund.
Both options are not satisfactory and show poor customer service.
